««Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի տեղեկություններով՝ նորանշանակ գլխավոր հարկադիր կատարող Սերգեյ Մեղրյանը համակարգում պաշտոնի է տանում իր հարազատներին: Հիշեցնենք, որ նա արդեն 1,5 ամիս է, ինչ գլխավոր հարկադիր կատարողն է և համակարգում արդեն կադրային ջարդ է սկսել:

Մասնավորապես, Հարկադիր կատարման ծառայության աշխատակիցներից մեզ հասած տեղեկութունների համաձայն՝ Սերգեյ Մեղրյանն այս մեկ ամսվա ընթացքում ոչ մի բաժնի պետի հետ չի հանդիպել, փոխարենը կոնկրետ բաժնի պետերի միջնորդավորված ասել է՝ ազատման դիմում գրեն գնան:

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը տեղեկացավ, որ ազատման դիմում են գրել Հարկադիր կատարման ծառայության Կոտայքի բաժնի պետ Արմեն Սարգսյանը, Արմավիրի բաժնի պետ Համբարձումյան Ալեքսանդրը, Ծառայության օգնականներ Արթուր Սաֆարյանը, Վահագ Ֆահրադյանը: Պարզ է, որ աշխատանքից ազատված պաշտոնյաների փոխարեն պետք է նոր անձինք նշանակվեն: և, ահա, գլխավոր հարկադիր կատարող Ս. Մեղրյանն իր հորեղբոր որդուն` Մեղրյան Ֆրիդոմին, նշանակել է Հարկադիր կատարման ծառայության Կոտայքի բաժնի պետ:

Ինչո՞ւ են ԴԱՀԿ պետի գործողությունները հակասում ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի որդեգրած սկզբունքներին ու արված հայտարարություններին: Այս հարցի պարզաբանման համար դիմեցինք գլխավոր հարկադիր կատարողի օգնական Վարդուհի Պետրոսյանին, որը մեկնաբանեց. «Նա հեռու ազգական է, ով երկար տարիներ աշխատել է Ծառայության տարբեր ստորաբաժանումներում: Հաշվի առնելով Ծառայությունում առկա թափուր պաշտոնի հանգամանքը, ինչպես նաև Ֆրիդոն Մեղրյանի բանիմացությունը, հարկադիր կատարողի աշխատանքի փորձառությունը՝ վերջինս նշանակվել է Կոտայքի մարզի բաժնի պետի պաշտոնում»»,-գրում է թերթը:
