Թրամփը վետո է դրել Իրանի դեմ ուժի կիրառման իր լիազորությունների սահմանափակման մասին բանաձեւի վրա

ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը վետո է դրել առանց օրենսդիրների համապատասխան թույլտվության Իրանի դեմ զինված ուժի կիրառման իր լիազորությունների ահմանափակման մասին Կոնգրեսի բանաձեւի վրա: Այս մասին նշված է Սպիտակ տան մամուլի ծառայության տարածած ԱՄՆ առաջնորդի հայտարարության մեջ, փոխանցում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:

«Ես այսօր վետո եմ դրել S.J.Res.68 բանաձեւի վրա, որը խնդիր էր դրել ինձ կարգադրել դադարեցնել ԱՄՆ Զինված ուժերի կիրառումը Իրանի դեմ ռազմական գործողությունների մեջ»,- նշված է փաստաթղթում:

«Դա չափազանց վիրավորական բանաձեւ էր, որը դեմոկրատները ներկայացրել էին իրենց ռազմավարության շրջանակում՝ ուղղված նոյեմբերի 3-ի ընտրություններում հաղթելուն, Հանրապետական կուսակցությունը պառակտելուն: Այն սակավաթիվ հանրապետականները, որոնք բանաձեւին կողմ են քննարկել, նրանց օգտին են խաղացել»,- հավելել է նախագահը:

Թրամփի պնդմամբ՝ բանաձեւը «հիմնված է փաստերի եւ օրենսդրության դրույթների սխալ ընկալման վրա»: «Չնայած նրան, ինչ գրված է բանաձեւում, Միացյալ Նահանգները հիմա Իրանի դեմ ուժ չի կիրառում»,- վստահ է ԱՄՆ առաջնորդը: Նրա խոսքով՝ ի դեպ, Իրաքում գործողությունը, որի հետեւանքով սպանվել էր «Ալ Ղուդս» հատուկ նշանակության ուժերի հրամանատար, գեներալ Ղասեմ Սոլեյմանին, թույլատրված էր Կոնգրեսի 2002 թվականի բանաձեւով, որով թույլ էր տրվում Իրաքում ուժ կիրառել:

Թրամփի կարծիքով՝ բանաձեւը «լրջագույն վնաս կհասցներ Միացյալ Նահանգները, նրա դաշնակիցներին ու գործընկերներին պաշտպանելու նախագահի հնարավորություններին»: «Մենք ապրում ենք թշնամական աշխարհում՝ լի փոփոխվող սպառնալիքներով: Եվ սահմանադրությունը ընդունում է, որ նախագահը պետք է մեր հակառակորդների հաջորդ քայլը կռահելու հնարավորություն ունենա ու ի պատասխան ձեռնարկի արագ եւ վճռական գործողություններ: Ես հենց դա էլ արել եմ»,- հայտարարել է Թրամփը: «Կոնգրեսն այս բանաձեւը չպետք է ընդունի»,- վստահ է նա:
