Կշեռ­քի նժա­րին դրված են պե­տու­թյունն ու պե­տա­կա­նու­թյու­նը

Քաղաքական ուժերից մեկի ներկայացուցիչները օգտագործում են «հրադադար», այլոք՝ «պատերազմ» արտահայտությունները, իշխանամերձ, իշխանություններից ավելի «հեղափոխականապաշտ» պատգամավորներից մեկը՝ «առաջնագիծ», «թշնամի» ու համանման ձևակերպումներ և այլն, և այլն:

Կարծում եք՝ այդ մարդիկ խոսում են Արցախյան պատերազմի, հայ-ադրբեջանական հակամարտության կամ սահմանի մասի՞ն: Ամենևին: Եթե այդպես լիներ, բնականաբար, արտառոց ոչինչ չէր լինի, ընդհակառակը: Սակայն նրանք խոսում են... ներհայաստանյան, ներքաղաքական խնդիրների մասին, իրենց քաղաքական մրցակիցների ու նրանց հետ հարաբերությունների մասին, ավելին՝ որոշ պետական ինստիտուտների մասին:

Դժվար է անկախ Հայաստանի պատմության ժամանակաշրջանում գտնել այնպիսի մի հատված, երբ միմյանց հանդեպ ատելությունն ու թշնամանքն այս աստիճան գեներացված լինեն: Որքան էլ զարմանալի է, նույնիսկ 90-ականների սկզբին իշխանությանը չհաջողվեց նման դոզայով ատելություն ու թշնամանք հրահրել: Այսօր հաջողվում է:

Ծայրահեղ անընդունելի, բայց իրականում սպասելի իրավիճակ է, քանզի 2018 թվականի իշխանափոխության ամբողջ շրջանում ու իշխանափոխությունից հետո այս երկու տարվա ընթացքում իշխանությունների ու հատկապես իշխանամերձ որոշ սատելիտ ուժերի կողմից այնպիսի ուժգնությամբ է ատելություն քարոզվել, տարածվել, որ արդյունքներն այսպիսին պիտի լինեին՝ թունավոր մթնոլորտ, փոխադարձ թշնամանքի մթնոլորտ, հայհոյանքի ու վիրավորանքի անսպառ բառապաշար:

Սակայն շատ ավելի մտահոգիչ է, որ առկա վիճակը թեժանալու, էլ ավելի սրվելու միտումներ է ցուցաբերում:

Միտումներ, որոնք կարող են իրենց հետ բերել նաև հասարակական հարաբերություններում տարաբնույթ բռնկումների, ընդ որում՝ ոչ միայն սոցցանցային հարթակներում, այլև իրական կյանքում, ինչի տարրերի ականատեսն արդեն եղել ենք:

Գուցե ծեծված արտահայտություն ենք անում, սակայն իրականությունից ոչ մի տեղ չենք փախչի. մենք ունենք բազմաթիվ մարտահրավերներ՝ սկսյալ արտաքին թշնամու հետ հակամարտությունից, տնտեսական օրավուր խորացող խնդիրներից մինչև կորոնավիրուսային համավարակ: Ու այս պայմաններում պարզապես խայտառակություն է ներսում թշնամիներ փնտրելը, միմյանց դեմ թշնամու պես կռվելը:

Մրցակիցներ՝ այո, քաղաքական հակառակորդներ՝ այո, բայց ոչ թշնամիներ: Պատերազմն այլ դաշտերում է, իսկ քաղաքական հարաբերություններում պարզապես պայքար է:

Սա պետք է գիտակցեն բոլորը, առաջին հերթին՝ իշխանությունները՝ մեղմելու գնալով վտանգավոր չափերի հասնող այս վիճակը, զսպելու հատկապես իր սատելիտներին, զերծ մնալու ներսում թշնամիներ ձևավորելու արատավոր գործելաոճից, հային չտրամադրելու հայի դեմ: Նորից ու նորից ենք կրկնում՝ մենք հասել ենք սարսափելի վտանգավոր սահմանագծին, երբ կշեռքի նժարին դրված են պետությունն ու պետականությունը:
