Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ ընդդեմ հեղափոխական Փաշինյան Նիկոլի. «168 ժամ»

Այսօր խորհրդարանը սկսելու է կառավարության ծրագրի քննարկումը։ Որքան այն կտևի, դժվար է ասել։ Մյուս կողմից՝ դատելով կառավարության ծրագրի վերաբերյալ արդեն իսկ հնչած քննադատություններից, հիմնավոր ու փաստարկված քննադատություններից, քննարկումները կարող են տևել երկար, շատ երկար։ Բայց դրանից կառավարության ծրագիրը հազիվ թե փոփոխության ենթարկվի։

Ինչպես որ որևէ փոփոխության չենթարկվեց Կառավարության կառուցվածքի մասին օրենքը, որի վերաբերյալ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն արդեն իսկ վերջնական որոշում է կայացրել՝ այն նախնական տարբերակով ընդունելու վերաբերյալ։ Իսկ կառավարության կառուցվածքի վերաբերյալ հնչեցին առավել քան հիմնավոր քննադատություններ, բայց իշխանությունը որևէ կերպ չարձագանքեց դրանց։

Ինչ վերաբերում է կառավարության ծրագրին, ապա, ի հեճուկս սպասումների, որ այն պետք է արտացոլեր հեղափոխության արժեքներն ու նպատակները, ծրագիրն այդ որևէ աղերս չունի հեղափոխության հետ։

Ճիշտ հակառակը՝ դրանում արձանագրված եզակի համեստ ցուցանիշներն ավելի շատ վկայում են հակահեղափոխության, քան հեղափոխության մասին։ Տնտեսական հեղափոխության մասին ամեն օր ու ամենուր հայտարարող Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ղեկավարած կառավարությունը ներկայացրել է այնպիսի ծրագիր, որն իր որակով, ավելի ճիշտ՝ անորակությամբ, համեմատելի ու համադրելի չէ նախորդ որևէ, անգամ ամենաապաշնորհ կառավարության ծրագրի հետ։

Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը, այսպիսով, դեմ է գնացել 10 ամիս առաջվա հեղափոխական Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին՝ ներկայացնելով այնպիսի ծրագիր, որի՝ ինչպես իրագործումը, այնպես էլ՝ տապալումը փոշիացնելու է հեղափոխության նպատակները։
