«Բլատնոյ» Քոչարյանը

Անդրադառնալով շրջանառվող լուրերին, թե Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը ցուցմունք է տվել Սերժ Սարգսյանի դեմ, նրա փաստաբան Հայկ Ալումյանն արձագանքել է. «Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը որևէ ցուցմունք չի տվել և չի էլ պատրաստվում ցուցմունք տալ այս մեղադրանքի պայմաններում: Իսկ դատարանում իր ելույթում չի անդրադարձել Սերժ Սարգսյանի թեմային»:

Հայկ Ալումյանի «բացահայտումն» իրականում բազմաշերտ է ու եթե կուզեք, բացահայտում է նրա պաշտպանյալի՝ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի արժեքային համակարգը։
Եթե Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանն իրապես համարում է, որ գործել է օրենքի շրջանականերում և արհեստական է համարում սահմանադրական կարգի տապալման մեղադրանքը, ապա ոչ թե պետք է առաջնորդվեր «բլատնոյ» մտածողությամբ, այլ՝ հանգամանլից ցուցմունք տար ու փորձեր հիմնավորել մեղադրանքի սնանկությունը։ Ի վերջո, Քոչարյանն ոչ թե հանցագործ աշխարհի ներկայացուցիչ է, որի պարագայում «սուխոյ ատկազը» գնահատելի վարքագիծ է, այլ՝ պետության երկրորդ նախագահ։ Այս պարագայում շատ ավելի ադեկվատ կլիներ, եթե Քոչարյանը տարրական հարգանք դրսևորեր նախաքննության մարմնի հանդեպ, որը կատարում է իր պրոֆեսինալ պարտականությունը, ու նաև՝ հասարակության, որն ինֆորմացվելու իրավունք ունի։

Սակայն ամբողջ խնդիրը նրանում է, որ նույնիսկ «բլատնոյ» մտածողության հարցում Քոչարյանն ու նրա պաշտպանական թիմը կեղծում են։ Բանն այն է, որ Քոչարյանը գուցե իսկապես գրավոր ցուցմունքներ չի տալիս, սակայն ամբողջ օրն իր պաշտպանների շուրթերով հայտարարում է, թե տեղյակ չի եղել ՊՆ նախարարի 0038 հրամանի կամ 2008-ի մարտի 1-ի առավոտյան Ազատության հրապարակում ծավալված իրադարձությունների մասին։ Այլ խոսքով՝ «դուխով» նախագահն ամբողջ պատասխանատվությունը փորձում է բարդել պաշտպանության նախկին նախարարի կամ նախկին ոստիկանապետի վրա։ Իսկ գուցե Քոչարյանը հասկացնում է, որ Մարտի 1-ի հիմնական կազմակերպիչը Սերժ Սարգսյանն է, որովհետև, ի վերջո, ընտրությունները կեղծվել են ու տասը քաղաքացի գնդակահարվել է՝ վերջինիս նախագահությունն ապահովելու նպատակով։

Այստեղ խիստ ուշագրավ ու նուրբ հանգամանք կա։

Ալումյանը չի շեշտում, որ Քոչարյանը հենց Սերժ Սարգսյանի դեմ ցուցմունք չի տվել, այլ ասում է՝ որևէ ցուցմունք չի տվել ու ընդամենը նկատում է, որ Սերժ Սարգսյանի թեմային երկրոդ նախագահը՝ դատարանի իր ելույթում, չի անդրադարձել։ Սա ավելի շուտ մեսիջ է Սերժ Սարգսյանին, որ Քոչարյանն, ըստ անհրաժեշտության, կարող է անդրադառնալ Սերժ Սարգսյանի թեմային, եթե որոշի ցուցմունք տալ։

Ի դեպ, Քոչարյանի այս ուղերձը Սերժ Սարգսյանը բոլորից ավելի շուտ ու լավ է հասկացել ու պատահական չէ, որ դեռ նախօրեին, իր փաստաբանի միջոցով, շտապել է Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին հավաստիացնել, որ ՀՔԾ-ում Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի դեմ չի գրել։

Այսպիսով՝ հետաքրիր պատկեր ենք ստանում։

Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանն ու Սերժ Սարգսյանն առայժմ տեղավորվել են «բկլատնոյի» դերի մեջ ու ԶԼՄ-ներում միջնորդավորված միմյանց հավաստաիացնում են, որ իրար դեմ ցուցմունքեր չեն տվել։ Իրականում՝ փոխադարձաբար տեղի է ունենում «փափուկ» շանտաժի կիրառում։ Քոչարյանն ու Սարգսյանն առայժմ նյարդերի պայքար են մղում՝ փոխադարձաբար աշխատելով հունից հանել դիմացինին։ Ակնհայտ է, որ նրանցից յուրաքանչյուրը փորձում է Մարտի 1-ի գործում ազատվել գլխավոր կազմակերպիչի ու պատասխանատուի խարանից։
