Խոսենք ապատեղեկատվության հերթական չափաբաժնի մասին: Այսպես երեկ ոստիկանությունը հաղորդագրություն է տարածել այն մասին, թե իբր ոմն Արտյոմ Զոհրաբյան «Արարատցեմենտ>> ընկերությունից առանց համապատասխան հաշվապահական ձևակերպումների ցեմենտ է ձեռք բերել, որի արդյունքում պետությանը պատճառվել է նյութական վնաս։ Սակայն այդ առնչությամբ, որևիցե փաստացի հիմնավորում չի ներկայացվում, ինչը և սպասելի էր և տարակուսելի, քանի որ «Արարատցեմենտ» ընկերությունից նման բան սպասելի չէ և տարակուսելի էր ոստիկանության նման կերպով հանդես գալը:
Իր հերթին էլ առիթից փորձեց օգտվել «Ժամանակ» օրաթերթը, որը տեղեկություն հրապարակեց այն մասին, թե իբր «Մուլտի Գրուպ» կոնցեռնի կազմում գտնվող գազալցակայանները աշխատել են հարկերը թաքցնելով, ինչի հաշվին էլ բարեգործություններ են իրականացվել:
Սակայն այս ամենը հիմնովին սուտ է, քանի որ հերքվել են Մուլտի Գրուպ կոնցեռնի տնօրեն Սեդրակ Առուստամյանի կողմից, ով անդրադարձել է երկու թեմաներին էլ: Անդրադառնալով ցեմենտի խնդիրին, նա նշել է, որ. «Արտյոմ Զոհրաբյանին պատկանող «Աննա-Էլեն>> և «Եվրո Շին>> ՍՊԸ-ների հետ «Արարատցեմնետ» ՓԲԸ-ն աշխատել է հետվճարային տարաժամկետ վճարման սկզբունքով, սակայն դեռևս նախորդ տարվա նոյեմբեր ամսին «Արարատցեմնետ»-ի ղեկավարությունը դիմել էր ոստիկանություն, քանի որ վերջինները հրաժարվում էին վճարել դուրս գրված հարկային հաշիվների դիմաց, ավելին՝ փորձ էր կատարվել անվճարունակության հատկանիշների կանխամտածված մտադրությամբ խուսափել ֆինանսական պարտավորությունների իրականացումից»: Եվ բացի այդ Ս. Առուստամյանն իր հայտարարությունում նշել է հետևյալը՝ «Արարատցեմնետ» ՓԲԸ-ն դեռևս նախորդ տարի ոստիկանությանը հաղորդագրություն է ներկայացնում սույն անձի ոչ իրավաչափ գործողությունների վերաբերյալ, սակայն նախօրեին տարածած հաղորդագրության մեջ իրավիճակը ներկայացված է միանգամայն այլ երանգներով:
Անդրադառնալով գազալցակայանների թեմային Սեդրակ Առուստամյանը նշել է, որ հարկային մարմինների ինչ-ինչ հաշվարկների արդյունքում գազալցակայաններին վերագրված որոշակի բացթողումները բացարձակ հիմնազուրկ են: Այդ հաշվարկները չունեն որևէ իրավական, տեխնիկական, տեխնոլոգիական փաստական հիմք, և այս պահին «Մուլտի Գրուպ» կոնցեռնը դրանք վիճարկում է օրենքով նախատեսված բոլոր գործիքակազմերով:
Ակնհայտորեն ջանք է գործադրվում ապատեղեկատվական աղբը հանրությանը որպես իրականություն ներկայացնելով, արատավորել ընկերության բարի անունն ու համբավը, ինչը բնականաբար թույլ տալ չի կարելի և Սեդրակ Առուստամյանի այս պատասխանները կարծում եմ պետք է ազդակ հանդիսանան բոլորին, որպեսզի մյուս անգամ չփորձեն մտնել պղտոր գետը, դա լի է անկանխատեսելի հետևանքներով:
