Արայիկ Հարությունյանը ՌԴ դեսպանի հետ քննարկել է կրթության և գիտության ոլորտում փոխգործակցությունը խորացնելու հեռանկարները

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կրթության և գիտության նախարար Արայիկ Հարությունյանն ընդունել է Հայաստանում Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության դեսպան Սերգեյ Կոպիրկինին, Երևանում ռուսական գիտության և մշակույթի կենտրոնի («Ռոսսոտրուդնիչեստվո») տնօրեն Սերգեյ Ռիբինսկիին:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարությունից, հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են կրթության և գիտության ոլորտում հայ-ռուսական փոխգործակցության խորացման հեռանկարները։

ՀՀ ԿԳ նախարար Արայիկ Հարությունյանը կարևորել է երկու երկրների միջկառավարական հանձնաժողովի շրջանակում կրթության ոլորտի կառուցողական համագործակցությունը՝ հույս հայտնելով, որ առաջիկայում Մոսկվայում կայանալիք հանձնաժողովի նիստը խթան կհանդիսանա կրթության ոլորտում հարաբերությունների ամրապնդմանն ու զարգացմանը: Սերգեյ Ռիբինսկին գոհունակությամբ է խոսել հայ-ռուսական համագործակցության ներկայիս մակարդակի մասին և պատրաստակամություն հայտնել շարունակել արդյունավետ փոխգործակցությունը կրթության և գիտության ոլորտներում։

Կողմերը քննարկել են նաև Հայաստանում գործող ռուսերեն ուսուցմամբ դասարանների գործունեության վերաբերյալ մի շարք հարցեր: Այս համատեքստում, դեսպանի խնդրանքով՝ ՀՀ ԿԳ նախարարն անդրադարձել է հայոց լեզվի միասնական քննությանը՝ ընդգծելով, որ հայոց լեզվի ուսուցման առանձնահատկություններից ելնելով, օտարերկրյա աշակերտների համար որոշակի ժամանակաշրջան է սահմանված:

Անդրադարձ է եղել Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության բարձրագույն ուսումնական հաստատություններում բարձրագույն և հետբուհական կրթություն ստանալու նպատակով 2019-20 ուսումնական տարվա համար ՀՀ ԿԳՆ-ի և ՌԴ գիտության և մշակույթի ռուսական կենտրոնի հետ համատեղ անցկացվող մրցույթին վերաբերող հարցերին: Ռուսական կողմը պատրստակամություն է հայտնել մրցույթի շրջանակում ՌԴ բուհերում որոշակի տեղեր հատկացնել նաև Հայաստանի հանրակրթական հաստատությունների ռուսաց լեզվի և գրականության ուսուցիչների վերապատրաստման նպատակով:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են նաև միջին մասնագիտական և բարձրագույն կրթության ոլորտներում համատեղ ծրագրերի իրականացմանը վերաբերվող մի շարք հարցեր:
