ԿԲ-ն հորդորում է զերծ մնալ վարկային խորհրդատուների կողմից մատուցվող ծառայություններից

Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կենտրոնական բանկըւ հայտարարություն է տարածել, որում քաղաքացիներին հորդորում է տալիս վարկ ստանալու համար վարկային կազմակերպություններին դիմել ինքնուրույն՝ առանց վարկային խորհրդատուների միջնորդության: «Արմենպրես»-ը ներկայացնում է ՀՀ ԿԲ-ի տարածած հայտարարությունը:

«Վերջին շրջանում ԶԼՄ-ներով, սոցիալական ցանցերով, պաստառների միջոցով ագրեսիվ կերպով գովազդվում են «Վարկեր», որոնք, համաձայն Կենտրոնական բանկի ուսումնասիրությունների, որպես կանոն՝ առաջարկվում են, այսպես կոչված, վարկային խորհրդատուների (միջնորդների) կողմից:

Այս կապակցությամբ, կարևորելով ֆինանսական համակարգում սպառողների շահերի պաշտպանությունը՝ Կենտրոնական բանկը տեղեկացնում է.

Նման կազմակերպությունները (անհատները) իրենց «ծառայությունների» համար գանձում են շատ բարձր միջնորդավճարներ, տրամադրում են խեղաթյուրված խորհրդատվություն և շատ հաճախ չեն մատուցում խոստացված ծառայությունը, նրանց հայտնի են դառնում վարկառուի անձնական տվյալները: Վարկառուի համար շահեկան է անմիջապես և ինքնուրույն դիմել վարկ տրամադրող կազմակերպություններին:
ՀՀ-ում վարկեր կարող են տրամադրել և դրանց տրամադրման առաջարկով հանդես գալ միայն ԿԲ կողմից լիցենզավորված բանկերը, վարկային կազմակերպությունները և գրավատները:
ԿԲ կողմից լիցենզավորված վարկ տրամադրող կազմակերպությունները ներկայացված են Հայաստանի ամբողջ տարածքում և իրենց մասնաճյուղային ցանցի միջոցով հնարավորություն են տալիս ստանալ վարկ՝ առաջարկվող պահանջներին բավարարման դեպքում: Բազմաթիվ վարկատու կազմակերպություններ առաջարկում են նաև «օն-լայն» վարկեր:
Դիմելով անմիջապես լիցենզավորված կազմակերպություններին, հնարավոր է խուսափել խարդախությունների զոհ դառնալուց, ստանալ պահանջներին բավարարող ծառայություններ, լիարժեք տեղեկատվություն վարկի, վարկառուի իրավունքների և պարտականությունների մասին:
Վարկի տեսակների, դրանց տրամադրման գործընթացների, տոկոսադրույքների, դրանց տեսակների մասին տեղեկանալու և այլ օգտակար խորհուրդներ ստանալու նպատակով կարելի է այցելել ԿԲ-ի abcfinance.am կայք:

Հաշվի առնելով նշված հանգամանքները՝ Կենտրոնական բանկը հորդորում է զերծ մնալ նմանատիպ կազմակերպությունների (անհատների) կողմից մատուցվող ծառայություններից և վարկեր ստանալու համար դիմել միայն լիցենզավորված, օրինական գործունեություն իրականացնող կազմակերպություններին, իսկ տուժած սպառողներին՝ անհապաղ դիմել իրավապահ մարմիններին:
