Ցուկերբերգը կրկին հանդես եկավ ի պաշտպանություն սոցիալական ցանցի

Facebook- ի համահիմնադիր եւ գործադիր տնօրեն Մարկ Ցուկերբերգը կրկին հանդես եկավ ի պաշտպանություն սոցիալական ցանցի՝ պնդելով, որ գովազդի թիրախավորումը՝ շահերի հիմքի վրա, տարբերվում է անձնական տվյալների վաճառքից:

«Եթե մենք ձգտում ենք սպասարկել բոլորին, ապա մեզ պետք է ծառայություն, որը մատչելի կինի բոլորին», - գրել է Ցուկերբերգը՝ Wall Street Journal-ում իր հոդվածում: «Լավագույն միջոցն այդ անելու անվճար ծառայություններ մատուցելն է, ինչը մեզ թույլ է տալիս անել գովազդը»:

2018-ն ահավոր տարի էր Facebook-ի համար, որը նշանավորվեց տվյալների պաշտպանության եւ գաղտնիության ոլորտում ծագած մտավախությունների շուրջ սկանդալների շարքով, թե իբր առաջատար սոցիալական ցանցը քաղաքական նպատակներով օտարերկրյա շահերի եւ մանիպուլյացիաների թիրախ է դարձել:

Չնայած սկանդալներին՝ Facebook- ի եկամուտը եւ օգտատերերի թիվը շարունակում է աճել:

Ըստ Ցուկերբերգի, գովազդը հրատապ եւ պակաս նյարդայնացնող դարձնելու համար հարկավոր է հասկանալ մարդկանց շահերը: Facebook-ն օգտագործում է «ազդանշաններ», ինչպիսիք են այն էջերը, որոնք «դուր են գալիս» օգտատերներին:

«Երբեմն դա նշանակում է, որ մարդիկ ենթադրում են, որ մենք անում ենք այն, ինչ իրականում չենք անում», - նշել է Ցուկերբերգը` նկատի ունենալով սոցիալական ցանցին աջակցությունը՝ թիրախային գովազդի միջոցով: «Օրինակ, մենք չենք վաճառում օգտատերերի տվյալները՝ չնայած հաճախ հաղորդվում է, որ մենք դա անում ենք»:

Ցուկերբերգը նշել է, որ Ֆեյսբուքը նաեւ հնարավորություն է տալիս օգտատերերին՝ գովազդային նպատակների համար օգտագործվող տեղեկատվությունը կառավարելու միջոցներ եւ թույլ է տալիս արգելափակել գովազդատուներին:

«Այլ հարց է՝ արդյո՞ք թողնում ենք մենք վնասակար կամ տարաձայնություն առաջացնող բովանդակությունը, որովհետեւ այն խթանում է փոխգործակցությունը: Մենք դա չենք անում»: «Միակ պատճառը, որ վատ բովանդակությունը մնում է, այն է, որ մարդիկ եւ արհեստական ինտելեկտի համակարգերը, որոնք մենք օգտագործում ենք այն դիտելու համար, կատարյալ չեն», - ասել է նա
