«Զարմացած եմ»․ հեղինակավոր ամերիկյան պարբերականն անդրադարձել է Ղարաբաղին

Եվրոպայի և Ասիայի սահմանների միջև մխրճվել է ազգային պետություն, որը ճանաչվել է ԱՄՆ-ի յոթ նահանգների, Նոր Հարավային Ուելսի, Բասկերի խորհրդարանի, Աբխազիայի, Օսեթիայի և Մեձդնեստրի կողմից, բայց ոչ՝ Հայաստանի, որն այդ պետության գլխավոր ֆինանսավորողն է և պաշտպանը՝ գրում է Ստամբուլում բնակվող ամերիկացի լրագրող Ալեքսանդր Կլեպը The National Interst հեղինակավոր պարբերականում:

Երևանից հարավ-արևելք 6 ժամ ուղևորվելուց հետո հասնում ես հսկիչ անցակետի, որը ոչ մի պետական սահման չի կառավարում… Պապիկի և տատիկի հսկայական տուֆից արձանը հանրապետության կարգախոսն է՝ «Մենք ենք մեր սարերը»: Մայրաքաղաք Ստեփանակերտում գործում են պետականության բոլոր ատրիբուտները՝ խորհրդարան, ոստիկանություն, փոստային ծառայություն, օդանավակայան, որոնք ձևավորվել են շուրջ 2 տասնյակ տարվա ընթացքում Ադրբեջանի Զինված ուժերի «Գրադի» կրակոցների ներքո. վերջիններս պնդում են, թե իբր կարող են Ստեփանակերտը գրավել 4 օրում, և սպառնում են խոցել ցանկացած ինքնաթիռ, որը կօգտագործի Ստեփանակերտի օդանավակայանը՝ ասվում է հոդվածում:

Ամեն տարի Հայաստանը, որը Եվրոպայի երրորդ ամենաաղքատ պետությունն է, և Ադրբեջանը, որը տնտեսական մեծ աճ գրանցեց 2000-ական թվականներին նավթի շնորհիվ, միլիարդավոր դոլարներ են ծախսում ԼՂ հակամարտության վրա:

Հոդվածագիրը ծավալուն կերպով ընթերցողներին է ներկայացնում Արցախի և 1990-ական թվականներին սկսված հակամարտության պատմությունը, անդրադառնում է նաև 2016թ. ապրիլի քառօրյա պատերազմին: Նրա խոսքով՝ Արցախի համար պատերազմը կարելի է համարել աշխարհի ամենաերկար և ամենաքիչ լուսաբանված կոնֆլիկտը՝ փաստում է Կլեպը:

«Ես ժամանեցի Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ՝ ակնկալելով տեսնել սևծովյան շրջանի աղքատ մի պետություն, որտեղ անդադար ներխուժումների պատճառով քաղաքակիրթ կյանքը վերացել է: Սակայն ոչ մի նման բան»,-հիշում է լրագրողը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ կատարած առաջին այցը:

Ստեփանակերտը, Շուշին և ԼՂՀ մյուս քաղաքները զարմացրել են հոդվածագրին իրենց մաքրությամբ, նոր շինություններով, որոնք կառուցվել են հայկական Սփյուռքի ներդրումների շնորհիվ: Հոդվածում Կլեպը պատմում է նաև արցախցիների խիզախության, բարեսրտության մասին:

«Խոսելով Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի գյուղացիների հետ՝ ես նկատեցի, որ պատերազմը նրանց մտքում այլ պատկեր է ստացել: Թալիշ գյուղում ադրբեջանցի զինվորները մտել են բնակելի տներից մեկը և դաժանաբար սպանել տարեց զույգի: Սոցցանցերում հրապարակվել է հայ զինծառայողի լուսանկարը, որը գլխատվել է ադրբեջանցիների կողմից… Ադրբեջանում ծայրահեղականության խնդիր կա: Իսլամիստներն արդեն աշխատում են Հյուսիսային Կովկասում: Վահաբիները սկսել են անդամակցել ադրբեջանցի ուժայիններին: Իսկ նրանք, ովքեր իրականում միացել են ԴԱԻՇ-ին, իմունիտետ են ձեռք բերել, եթե ուղարկվել են որպես Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում ինքնադատաստան իրականացնողներ: Բրյուսելը, Մոսկվան, Վաշինգտոնը չպետք է թույլ տային իրենց անտեսել ռադիկալ իսլամի դեմ այս նոր ճակատը»,- եզրափակում է հոդվածագիրը:
