Հայաստանյան նոր իրավիճակը բերում է նաև նոր իրողություններ: Եթե օբյեկտիվ գնահատենք նոր դրսևորումները, պետք է փաստենք, որ դրական տեղարժերը շատ են, սակայն, ցավոք սրտի, դրանց զուգահեռ և դրանց համընթաց առկա են նաև բացասական միտումներ: Որոնք, ի դեպ, բավական վտանգավոր են:

Նման կարկառուն փորձագետներից մեկն էլ ինչ-որ ՀԿ-ի նախագահ Նարեկ Սամսոնյանն է, ով ամեն կերպ ցանկանում է երկարաձգել պիտանելիության իր ժամկետը՝ լուրջ դեմքով հարցազրույցներ տալով, որոնցում օրենսդիր անցած ուժերի հասցեին ոչ կոռեկտ հայտարարություններով է հանդես գալիս: Նախկին իշխանական կցորդ-կառույցի ղեկավարը իրեն թույլ է տալիս կեսկատար գնահատականներ հնչեցնել տասնամյակների փորձ ունեցող ԲՀԿ-ի մասին, որը մեր քաղաքական կյանքի ակտիվ դերակատարներից մեկն է: Նշեմ նաև, որ այդ մեղադրանքերն այսօր արդեն այնքան ծիծաղելի են հնչում, որ եզակի խեղկատակ է պետք լինել՝ դրանք ևս մեկ անգամ հնչեցնելու համար:
Սամսոնյանը պատվե՞ր է կատարում, թե՞ պատվիրատուի փնտրտուքներիմ մեջ է, չեմ կարող ասել: Բայց այն, որ նման փորձառու մունետիկներին պետք է բացառել քաղաքական նոր իրականությունից, ավելի քան ակնհայտ է:
