Տնտեսական հեղափոխություն» եզրույթի մասին գաղափար չունեցող մարդկանց խորհուրդ կտանք չարտահայտվել

Ալվինա Կիրակոսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Շուտով 2018 թվականը մոտենում է իր ավարտին և բոլոր խոշոր կազմակերպությունները ամփոփում են իրենց կատարած աշխատանքները և պատրաստվում հաջորդ տարվան: Նման ամփոփիչ հաշվետվություն ներկայացրեց նաև «Մուլտի գրուպ կոնցեռնի» գլխավոր տնօրեն Սեդրակ Առուստամյանը, ով լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ հայտարարեց կոնցեռնի վերջին մի քանի ամիսների աշխատանքը:
Շեշտադրվեցին մի քանի կարևոր և առանցքային հարցեր, որոնք վերաբերում են «Արարատ» ցեմենտ ընկերության արդիականացմանը՝ առանց որևէ աշխատատեղի կրճատման, ինչպես նաև ցեմենտի բացթողման արժեքի կրճատմանը: Այսինքն՝ սա նշանակում է, որ ցեմենտի վաճառքի գինը 2019 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից 1 տոննայի համար կլինի ոչ թե 50.000 ՀՀ դրամ, այլ 40.000 ՀՀ դրամ ՝ ներառյալ ԱԱՀ: Այս փաստով պայմանավորված՝ երկրի տնտեսության մեջ տեղի կունենան դրական փոփոխություններ մի քանի առումներով՝
1. Մատչելի ցեմենտ նշանակում է ցածր ինքնարժեքով բնակարաններ ու առավել մատչելի հիփոթեք: Այսինքն՝ ապահովվում է բնակարանաշինության հարցը:
2. Արտագաղթի նվազում և հակառակը՝ ներգաղթի դեպքում, քանի որ բնակարան ձեռք բերելը կլինի ավելի քան արագ և հեշտ:
Սա տնտեսական հեղափոխության տրամաբանական շարունակությունն է։
Այս մասին արդեն խոսվել է բոլոր լրատվամիջոցների կողմից՝ հենց այսօրինակ շեշտադրմամբ: Սակայն որոշակի հակամեկնաբանություններ ևս արվեցին, որոնցից կարելի է անդրադառնալ Ստյոպա Սաֆարյանի արված անհիմն հայտարարությունը, որով նա փորձեց այս տարեվերջյան ամփոփումը տանել այլ ուղղությամբ և փորձեց իր բոլորովին այլ «ռակուրսից» արված կածիքն արտահայտել:
Իսկ «Մուլտի գրուպի» ղեկավարի կողմից ներկայացված հայտարարությունը իրականացված փաստերի արձանագրություն է և պետք չէ տնտեսությունից ու տնտեսական հեղափոխություն եզրույթի մասին պատկերացում չունեցող մարդիկ դրա վերաբերյալ կարծիք հայտնեն։
