Վազգեն Պետրոսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Վլադիմիր Գասպարյանի դեմ քրեական գործ հարուցելու վերաբերյալ լուրերը երեկ ողողեցին ողջ համացանցը, ինչը ամենևին էլ զարմանալի չէ, սակայն զարմանալի և նույնչափ զվարճալի է, որ այդ ամենի վերաբերյալ պարզաբանումներ է տալիս Պալաչ մականունով հայտնի Արթուր Հարությունյանը և նշում, որ քննչական կոմիտեում իր ներկայացրածը սխալ է ընկալվել, միառժամանակ անտեղի շահարկելով Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի անունը։ Պալաչը, ում անունը բազմիցս կապվել է տղամարդու չկայացած տեսակի հետ, հերթական անգամ հանդես է եկել անհեթեթ հայտարարությունով կապված «Գագիկ Ծառուկյան» բարեգործական հիմնադրամի կողմից իրականացվող անվճար ուղևորափոխադրումների հետ, հավանաբար մոռանալով, որ նախկինում նմանատիպ հայտարարությունների համար ծնկաչոք ներողություն էր խնդրում Գագիկ Ծառուկյանից և իր հայտարարություններում նշում անվճար երթուղու կարևորությունը։
Պալաչը իր «անկայուն» և «ստոր» տեսակը հանրությանը ապացուցել է դեռ շատ վաղուց, երբ միտումնավոր քայլերով իր ընկերությունը տարավ դեպի սննկացման, ով ամեն ինչ արեց իր կաշին փրկելու և խոշոր գումարներ շորթելու համար, սակայն հարազատ ծնողներին թողեց անօթևան, ով իր մերձավորներին կանգնեցրեց ֆինանսական լուրջ խնդիրների առաջ և «թռավ» երկրից։Եվ դեռ այսքանից հետո, մարդկային արժեհամակարգից զուրկ այս անձնավորությունը համարձակվում է իր այսօրվա հայտարարություններում անդրադառնալ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանին, ով առանց որևիցէ շահի Պալաչի կողմից ստեղծած վերոնշյալ բոլոր անհարմարություններին լուծումներ տվեց։
