Պալաչի մանկամիտ «պարզաբանումը» զավեշտալի է

Գուրգեն Սահակյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.


Երեկ երեկոյան տարածվեց տեղեկատվություն համաձայն որի՝ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեն քրեական գործ է հարուցել նախկին ոստիկանապետ Վլադիմիր Գասպարյանի դեմ։ Խոսքը վերաբերում էր «Քինգ Դելյուքս» և «Տրանս Կոմֆորտ» ՍՊ ընկերությունների՝ 2015 թվականին իբրև թե սնանկ ճանաչվելու հայտնի պատմությանը։ Ըստ տեղեկատվության՝ բազմակողմանի քննության արդյունքում պարզվել են մի շարք հանգամանքներ, ինչն էլ այս պատմությունը ևս մեկ անգամ վեր հանելու առիթ հանդիսացավ։ Այս քննության արդյունքում՝ տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել ոստիկանության բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձի կողմից պաշտոնական լիազորությունների չարաշահելու վերաբերյալ, ինչն էլ դարձել է քրեական գործի հարուցման համար հիմք։
Այս հարցի պարզաբանման համար այսօր լրատվականներից մեկը կապվել է Արթուր Հարությունյանի՝ նույն մականունավոր Պալաչի հետ, որը բավականին զավեշտալի մեկնաբանություն է տվել այս ամենին։ Պալաչին բոլորս էլ հիշում ենք իր հայտնի ինքնասնանկացման պատմությամբ։ Բազմիցս է փաստվել նրա ստախոս լինելը, մի տեղում մի բան ասելը և հաջորդ իսկ վայրկյանին բոլորովին հակառակ համոզմունքով հանդես գալու նրա ունակությունները։
Անգամ ընկերների ունեցվածքը կեղծիքով ու խաբեությամբ թալանելու մասին պատմությունները՝ պատմված իր իսկ ընկերների կողմից, շատ բան կարող են ասել քամելեոնակերպ ու ընչաքաղց այս մարդու մասին։ Պալաչը ով հայտնի է ինքնասնանկացման մեջ անհիմն մեղադրելով Գագիկ Ծառուկյան բարեգործական ընկերության կողմից իրականացված ուղևորափոխադրումների փաստը, իրեն բնորոշ անսկզբունքայնութհյամբ հետո Գագիկ Ծառուկյանից հրաարակավ ներողություն խնդրեց։
Ինչ խոսք, սա Պալաչի սովորական կենսակերպն է ու նա շատ հաճախ ու շատ արագ է փոխում իր իսկ կողմից արտահայտած խոսքը՝ սլաքներն ուղղելով իր իսկ ասածին հակառակ ուղղությամբ։
Ինչ վերաբերում է վերջին հարցազրույցին, որն այսօր Պալաչը տվել է լրատվականներից մեկին, կրկին սլաքներն անհիմն կերպով ուղղում է դեպի Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը, թերևս լավագույնս գիտեն քննչական կոմիտեում և Պալաչին դիմակը մեկընդմիշտ պատռելու համար հարկ կլինի քննության ավարտից հետո հրապարակել, թե իրականում ում ցուցմունքն է դարձել այս քրգործի համար հիմք ։
