Սննդամթերքի անվտանգության տեսչական մարմինը կանխել է «Լուսակերտ» ՍՊԸ-ի կողմից կեղծարարության միջոցով սննդամթերքի ներկրման փորձը

 Սննդամթերքի անվտանգության տեսչական մարմինը պարզաբանել է «Լուսակերտ» ՍՊԸ տնօրինության տարածած հայտարարությունն այն մասին, թե սննդամթերքի անվտանգության տեսչական մարմինը «հանիրավի» արգելում է ՌԴ-ից 302.400 հատ հավկիթի ներմուծումը, և վստահեցրել, որ առկա են խմբաքանակն ուղեկցող անվտանգությունը հավաստող ԵԱՏՄ բոլոր անհրաժեշտ փաստաթղթերը: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, սննդամթերքի անվտանգտության տեսչական մարմնի տարածած պարզաբանող հայտարարության մեջ ասված է.

«Խոսելով փաստաթղթերի մասին, այդուհանդերձ, տնտեսվարողը մոռացել է նշել, որ ներմուծումն արգելվել է այլ պատճառով։

Իսկ արգելանքի պատճառը «Լուսակերտ» ՍՊԸ-ի կողմից կեղծարարության միջոցով սննդամթերքի ներկրման փորձն է։ Բեռի երևացող հատվածներում դրվել են մակնշված հավկիթների տուփեր, իսկ դրանց ետևում եղել են առանց որևէ ժամկետի, կեղտոտ, արյունոտ, ջարդված հավկիթներ, ինչը ՀՀ կառավարության 2011թ․ սեպտեմբերի 29-ի «Ձվի և ձվամթերքի տեխնիկական կանոնակարգը հաստատելու մասին» թիվ 1438-Ն որոշման նորմերի պահանջների կոպիտ խախտում է:

Չփաթեթավորված ձվերի յուրաքանչյուր միավորի վրա պետք է նշվի արտադրողի անվանումը կամ ապրանքային նշանը, տեսակը, քաշային կարգին համապատասխանող ծածկագիրը, տեսակավորման ամսաթիվը և պիտանիության ժամկետը:

Ձվերի և ձվամթերքի սպառողական տարայի` ստվարաթղթե պալարային տուփի և միջադիրների, յուրաքանչյուր միավորիվրայի մակնշումը պետք է ներառի արտադրող, փաթեթավորող, արտահանող, ներմուծող կազմակերպության անվանումը և գտնվելու վայրը, արտադրողի ապրանքային նշանը (առկայության դեպքում), ձվի կամ ձվամթերքի անվանումը` ներառյալ թռչնի տեսակը, ձվերի տեսակը և կարգը, ձվերի քանակը մեկ փաթեթվածքում, արտադրության ամսաթիվը, պիտանիության ժամկետը և պահման պայմանները:

Այսպիսով, ՀՀ ԿԵ սննդամթերքի անվտանգության տեսչական մարմնի կողմից «Լուսակերտ» ՍՊԸ հավկիթների ներմուծումն արգելվել է Ձվի և ձվամթերքի տեխնիկական կանոնակարգով սահմանված պահանջների խախտման պատճառով:

Հ․Գ․ Տարօրինակ է, որ տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտը դժգոհում է նաև այն կազմակերպությունից, որի հետ միասին ամեն տարի դիմում էին ՀՀ կառավարությանը` խնդրելով հնարավորինս խստացնել հսկողությունը երկիր ներմուծվող հավկիթների նկատմամբ՝ պատճառաբանելով, որ ոչ տեղական արտադրանքի իրացումը տեղականի անվան տակ տարիների ընթացքում քայքայել է թռչնաբուծության ոլորտը` ինչ-որ ժամանակահատվածում թռչնարտադրությամբ ինքնաբավ երկիրը վերածելով ներմուծողի։ Այժմ նույն տնտեսվարողը փորձում է ներկրել արտադրանք՝ չապահովելով օրենսդրական նորմերով սահմանված պահանջները։

Տեսչական մարմինը երբևէ չի ստեղծել լրացուցիչ խոչընդոտներ տնտեսվարողների համար, իսկ օրենսդրության պահանջները պահպանելու և ցանկացած խախտում, անհամապատասխանություն կամ կեղծիք բացահայտելու հարցում միշտ լինելու է առավելագույնս հետևողական»։
