Համաներմամբ պատժի կրումից ազատ է արձակվել ավելի քան 550 դատապարտյալ

Հայաստանում ի նշանավորում Առաջին Հանրապետության 100-ամյակին և Էրեբունի-Երևանի հիմնադրման 2800-ամյակին դեկտեմբերի 17-ի դրությամբ իրականացվել է քրեական համաներում ավելի քան 550 դատապարտյալի նկատմամբ: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, Արդարադատության նախարարության 2018 թվականի մայիս-նոյեմբեր ամիսների աշխատանքների ամփոփմանը նվիրված ասուլիսի ժամանակ այս մասին ասաց Արդարադատության նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Արտակ Զեյնալյանը:

«Այս պահի դրությամբ համաներմամբ պատժի կրումից ազատ է արձակվել ավելի քան 550 դատապարտյալ: Պրոբացիայի ծառայությունում համաներում կիրառվել է ավելի 1000 շահառուի նկատմամբ»,- ասաց Զեյնալյանը:

Ըստ նախարարի` արդարադատության նախարարության առաջին անգամ իրականացվել է վարչական համաներում:

«108 հազարից ավել անձանց նկատմամբ կիրառվել է վարչական համաներում, կարճվել է կատարողական ավելի քան 1 միլիոն 260 հազար վարույթ»,- եզրափակեց նա:

Ըստ նախարարի` այս պահի դրությամբ շուրջ  240 անձ պայմանական վաղաժամկետ ազատ է արձակվել դատարանների որոշումների համաձայն: «Սա կազմում է ներկայացված միջնորդությունների ավելի քան 1/3-ը: Կան քրեակատարողական հիմնարկներ, որոնց դատապարտյալների պայմանական վաղաժամկետ ազատման համար ներկայացված միջնորդությունների 2/3-ը բավարարվել է: Նաև ներկայացվել է միջնորդություններ ցմահ դատապարտված անձնանց պայմանական վաղաժամկետ ազատման նպատակով, որից մեկը բավարարվել է և Հայաստանի պատմության մեջ առաջին անգամ ցմահ դատապարտյալ պայմանական վաղաժամկետ ազատ է արձակվել»,- եզրափակեց Զեյնալյանը:
