Քաղաքաշինության կոմիտեի նախագահը Գյումրիում անդրադարձել է ոչ հիմնական շինությունների խնդրին

Քաղաքաշինության կոմիտեի պատվիրակությունը՝ նախագահ Ավետիք Էլոյանի ղեկավարությամբ այցելել է Գյումրի՝ ՀՀ կառավարության 2018 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 7-ի արտագնա նիստում ՀՀ վարչապետի հանձնարարականի շրջանակներում աղետի գոտու ոչ հիմնական շինությունների և դրանցում բնակվող ընտանիքների բնակարանային խնդրի կանոնակարգման հարցը տեղում քննարկելու նպատակով:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քաղաքաշինության կոմիտեից, ոլորտի գերատեսչության ներկայացուցիչներին ընդունել է Գյումրու քաղաքապետ Սամվել Բալասանյանը: Նա Ավետիք Էլոյանին ծանոթացրել է տնակների փաստագրման՝ արդեն ավարտական փուլում գտնվող աշխատանքներին:

Հիշեցնենք, որ հաշվի առնելով երկրաշարժի հետևանքով անօթևան մնացած ընտանիքների բնակապահովմանն ուղղված պետական աջակցության ծրագրի ավարտական փուլում գտնվելու հանգամանքը, ՀՀ քաղաքաշինության կոմիտեի կողմից զուգահեռաբար մշակվել էր աղետի գոտու քաղաքային համայնքների պետական և համայնքային սեփականություն հանդիսացող տարածքների ոչ հիմնական շինությունների փաստագրման մասին որոշման նախագիծը, որը ՀՀ կառավարության կողմից ընդունվել էր այս տարվա գարնանը:

Ոչ հիմնական շինությունների հստակ տեղաբաշխումը տեսանելի դարձնելու համար՝ դրանց վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվության հիման վրա, բացի աղյուսակային նյութերի մշակումից՝ իրականացվել է նաև քարտեզագրում:

Փաստագրման վերաբերյալ ամփոփիչ տեղեկատվությունը կառավարության կողմից սահմանված ընթացակարգով մինչև տարեվերջ ներկայացվելու է Քաղաքաշինության կոմիտե, որից հետո արդեն, դրանց հիման վրա մշակվելու է առաջարկությունների փաթեթ:

ՀՀ վարչապետի հանձնարարականի համաձայն, փաթեթը մշակվելու է այդ նպատակով Կոմիտեի նախագահ Ավետիք Էլոյանի ղեկավարությամբ ստեղծվող աշխատանքային խմբի կողմից և ներառելու է առաջարկություններ՝ ոչ հիմնական շինություններում բնակվող ընտանիքների վերաբնակեցման՝ բնակարանային պայմանների բարելավման գործընթացի, այդ գործընթացում պետական պարտավորության ծավալները գնահատելու և տարածքները ոչ հիմնական շինություններից ազատելու վերաբերյալ:
