Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանն առանձնազրույց է ունեցել Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի հետ

Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Արման Թաթոյանը առանձնազրույց է ունեցել «Երևան-Կենտրոն» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկում գտնվող ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի հետ։ «Արմենպրես»֊ի հաղորդմամբ՝ այս մասին Թաթոյանն ասաց լրագրողների հետ զրույցում՝ հավելելով, որ Քոչարյանին այցելել է կալանավորման հաջորդ օրը:

«Քննարկել ենք մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի իրավասությանն առնչվող բոլոր հարցերը։ Համապատասխան գրություններ, հարցումներ ենք նախապատրաստել այն հարցերի շուրջ, որոնք բարձրացվել են առանձնազրույցի արդյունքում»,- ասաց նա։

Հարցին՝ ինչի՞ց է բողոքել Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը, Թաթոյանը պատասխանեց, որ այս պահին չի կարող դա բարձրաձայնել, որովհետև քննարկման ընթացակարգ է գնում և պարտականություն ունի նաև երաշխավորելու առանձնազրույցի գաղտնիությունը։

«Կապի մեջ ենք նաև փաստաբանների հետ։ Ուզում եմ մի կարևոր բան ընդգծել՝ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի՝ ինձ համար նշանակություն չունի այն հանցանքը, որի կատարման մեջ մարդը մեղադրվում է, ես պարտավոր եմ կատարել իմ գործառույթը։ Ես ոչ թե աշխատում եմ ինչ-որ մեկին դուր գալու համար, այլ կատարում եմ իմ գործառույթը։ Դա արել են մարդու իրավունքների բոլոր պաշտպանները»,- ընդգծեց նա։

Նրա խոսքով՝ քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի ծառայողների վերաբերմունքի հետ կապված Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը որևէ դժգոհություն չի հայտնել։

ՀՀ վերաքննիչ դատարանը վճռել էր ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի խափանման միջոցի վերաբերյալ առաջին ատյանի դատարանի որոշումը թողնել անփոփոխ:Առաջին ատյանի դատարանը նախկինում որոշել էր որպես Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի խափանման միջոց ընտրել կալանքը: Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը դեկտեմբերի 7-ին ինքնակամ ներկայացել է ՀՀ ազգային անվտանգության շենքում գտնվող «Երեւան Կենտրոն» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկ և կալանավորվել:
