ԱԱԾ պետ Վանեցյանը ըստ արժանվույն տիրապետել է ողջ իրավիճակին, և պարբերաբար կատարել է իր պաշտոնից բխող պրոֆեսիոնալ գործողություններ:

Երեկ հրապարակվեց հայաստանյան հասարակա-քաղաքական կյանքը ցնցած ձայնագրության 2-րդ մասը: Եթե առաջինում ԱԱԾ-ՀՔԾ պետերերն էին, ապա այստեղ արդեն ԱԱԾ պետ Արթուր Վանեցյանի և Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի խոսակցության ձայնագրությունն էր:

Սկզբից ևեթ փաստենք, որ առաջին ձայնագրությանհրապարակումից հետո սեպտեմբերի 12-ին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ԱԺ ամբիոնից ներկայացրեց ողջ եղելությունը, թե ինչպես է եղել, ով է ում զանգել, ինչ որոշումներ են կայացվել: Հանուն արդարության պետք է նշել, որ Փաշինյանի տված ինֆորմացիան շատ ավելի ծավալուն էր, քան հենց ձայնագրության մեջ առկա ինֆորմացիան: Արթուր Վանեցյանի և Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հանդարտ կեցվածքն էլ՝ դրա վառ վկայությունը:

Թերևս բոլորին էլ պարզ է, թե արդեն հայտնի պարունակությամբ ձայնագրությունը ինչու հենց հիմա հրապարակվեց, և թե ում ականջներն են երևում դրա հետևում:
Պարզապես կցանկանայի անդրադառնալ այն փորձերին, որոնցով ջանք է թափվում ներկայացնել թե իբր կատարվել է անօրինականություն, իբր դատական համակարգը շարունակում է կախված մնալ գործադիրի կամայականություններից:

Նման բան չկա և չի կարող լինել: Նախ, ինչպես հենց Փաշինյանը նշեց, իր և Վանեցյանի խոսակցությունից մի կարևոր հատված մոնտաժվել է, որտեղ վերջինս Վանեցյանին հարցնում է, թե ինչ է նշանակում դատավորը վախենում է, այդ դեպքում ինչի համար է ԱԱԾ-ն, որը կոչված է նման դեպքերում ապահովել դատավորների անվտանգությունը, որպեսզի վերջիններս կարողանան անաչառ վճիռներ կայացնել: Իսկ Վանեցյանը ըստ արժանվույն տիրապետում էր ողջ իրավիճակին, և պարբերաբար կատարում իր պաշտոնից բխող պրոֆեսիոնալ գործողություններ: Բացի այդ, Փաշինյանը նշեց, որ այո՛, այդ ամենի քաղաքական պատասխանատվությունը վերցնում է իր վրա: Ինչը նշանակում է՝ եթե հիմքեր կան կալանավորելու, ապա պիտի կալանավորեն: Մնացածի հետ դատական համարգը գործ չունի: Որևէ գործի առաջ քաղաքական խոչընդոտ չպետք է լինի:

Պաշտոնեական դիրքի չարաշահում որակվելուց այս գործը կիլոմետրերով հեռու է: Դեռ ավելին, նա ով կատարել է ՀՀ պետականությունը և սուվերենությունը հարվածի տակ դնող այս գաղտնալսումը, դեռ պատասխան է տալու սերունդների առաջ: Իսկ գաղտնալսումը կատարվել էր դրսից՝ հատուկ սարքի միջոցով:

Ինչ վերաբերում է խոսակցության ոչ պաշտոնական խոսքին, ապա չեմ կարծում, թե մենք բոլորս առօրյայում շփվում ենք ոսկեղենիկ միջնադարյան հայերենով:
