Քաղաքացիական գիտակցության մակարդակի բարձրացումը՝ ապատեղեկատվության տարածումը կանխելու միջոց

Մարգո Կոստանդյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Արդեն 9 օր է, ինչ ամբողջ հանրապետության տարածքում նախընտրական քարոզարշավներ են իրականացվում: Բոլոր առաջադրված ուժերը շրջում են մարզերով և իրենց ծրագիրը ներկայացնում հանրությանը, որոշները նույնիսկ ֆլեշմոբեր են անցկացնում: Ինչևէ այս ամենը սովորական երևույթներ են զարգացած երկրների համար և առաջին հայացքից թվում է , որ քարոզարշավն անցնում է հանդուրժողականության մթնոլորտում: Բայց ցավոք պետք է նշեմ, որ միևնույն է կան որոշ մարդիկ և ֆեյսբուքյան օգտատերեր, ովքեր անում են իրենց «սև» գործը , տարածում իրականությանը չհամապատասխանող տեղեկություններ և փնովում թեկնածուներին:

Վերը նշվածի վերաբերյալ կցանկանամ խոսել ԲՀԿ նախագահ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանին վերաբերող այն նյութերին, որոնք բացառապես լույս են տեսել քաղաքական պատվերի շրջանակներում: Այն բանից հետո, երբ Արմավիրում Ծառուկյանին դիմավորեցին մեծ տոնախմբությամբ և աղուհացով, այդ կեղծ լրատվականները ավելի ակտիվացան և տարբեր փորձեր ձեռնարկեցին ԲՀԿ նախագահի օրեցօր աճող վարկանշին ինչ-որ կերպ հակազդելու համար: Որոշները սկսեցին տարբեր բնույթի ապատեղեկատվություններ տարածել, մյուսները սկսեցին Ծառուկյանի ելույթի կոնտեկստից կտրել և մեջբերումներ անել: Այս ամենը զուտ վկայում է այն մասին, որ ոմանք ուղղակիորեն ապշած մնացին արմավիրցիների վերաբերմունքից և դա նրանց մոտ վախ արթնացրեց:

Այդ լրատվականները նաև խոսեցին Ծառուկյանի կողմից հնչեցրած լորդերին վերաբերող ելույթի մասին, որտեղ Ծառուկյանն օգտագործել էր «լորդուհի» տերմինը: Որոշ օգտատերեր սկսեցին գրել, որ այդպիսի բառ գոյություն չունի և ցանկացան փնովել:

Ինչևէ կցանկանամ այդ անգրագետ լրատվամիջոցներին հիասթափեցնել, քանզի նման բառ գոյություն ունի, ասեմ ավելին ՝ բավականին տարածված է : Ստորև կներկայացնեմ հղում, որն հաստատում է իմ ասածը ՝ http://www.armdict.com/dictionary/foreign-languages/ԼԵԴԻ :

Ուղղակի ցավալի է, որ անգամ հեղափոխությունից հետո գտնվում են այդպիսի մարդիկ, ովքեր պատրաստ են որոշ չափի գումարի համար տարածել ապատեղեկատվություն և խեղաթյուրել հասարակաության գիտակցությունը, բայց շատ ուրախ եմ, որ այլևս դա չի ստացվում, որովհետև «ապրիլյան» դեպքերը հասունացրել են մեր քաղաքացիական ինքնագիտակցությունը և այլևս հնարավոր չէ նմանատիպ էժանագին հոդվածներով մեզ գցել թակարդը:
