Կվերականգնվի 2004 թվականից չգործող Երեւանի ճոպանուղին. արժեքը 20 մլն դոլար է, կտևի 3 տարի

Երեւանում նախատեսվում է որպես այլընտրանքային տրանսպորտի տեսակ վերականգնել ու վերակառուցել 2004 թվականից չգործող ճոպանուղին:

Երեւանի քաղաքապետարանը ներկայացնում է նախագիծը, ծախսերն ու 5 տարբերակներ:

Ծրագրի նկարագիրը. Երևանի ճոպանուղին կառուցվել է 1967 թվականին: Այն կապում էր քաղաքի կենտրոնը /Հերացու փողոց/ Նորք Մարաշի վարչական շրջանի հետ: Օրական ուղևորափոխադրումների թիվը կազմում էր մոտ 500 ուղևոր: 2004 թ. վթարից ի վեր Երևանի ճոպանուղին դադարեցրել է իր աշխատանքը:Սույն ծրագիրը նպատակ ունի Երևանում վերականգնել տրանսպորտի այս ձևը և զարգացնել այն` օգտագործելով որպես քաղաքային հասարակական տրանսպորտի տեսակ։Երևանում ճոպանուղին կարող է արդյունավետ շահագործում ապահովել՝ լրացնելով ավանդական տրանսպորտի ձևերին՝ տրանսպորտային հիմնախնդիրների լուծման գործում։ Միաժամանակ աշխարհագրական բարդ տեղանքի կամ այլ արգելքների առկայության պայմաններում այն շահեկանորեն առաձնանում է այլ տրանսպորտային միջոցներից։ Քաղաքային ճոպանուղին լինելով տրանսպորտի տեսակ և ուղևորափոխադրումների կազմակերպման միջոց՝ միաժամանակ հանդիսանում է շատ կարևոր բաղադրիչ քաղաքի զբոսաշրջային գրավչության բարձրացման գործում և լուրջ ներդրում՝ զբոսաշրջային ենթակառուցվածքների զարգացման առումով:

Տեխնիկական ցուցանիշներ. Առաջարկվում են հետևյալ տարբերակները՝

Տարբերակ առաջին: Ստորին կայան՝ Կոմիտասի անվան պուրակ, միջանկյալ՝ «Մայր Հայաստան» արձան (Հաղթանակ զբոսայգի), Քանաքեռ-Զեյթուն վարչական շրջան՝ Դրո և Սևակ փողոցների խաչմերուկ, Ավան Առինջ թաղամասի երկրորդ միկրոշրջան: ԸՆդհանուր երկարությունը՝ 6222 մ, թողունակությունը՝ 2400 - 3000 մարդ / ժամ։

Տարբերակ երկրորդ: Մաշտոցի պողոտա՝ Գլխավոր պողոտայի հատված,միջանկյալ՝ Հալաբյան փողոց` Թումանյանի այգի, 16-րդ թաղամաս՝ 2-րդ շղթա։ Երկարությունը՝ 5168 մ, թողունակությունը՝ 2400 - 3500 մարդ / ժամ։

Տարբերակ երրորդ: Սբ. Գրիգոր Լուսավորիչ եկեղեցու հարևանությամբ (Օղակաձև զբոսայգի), միջանկյալ՝ Նորք Մարաշ վարչական շրջան, Նոր-Նորք 2-րդ զանգված` Գայի պողոտա: Երկարությունը՝ 5345 մ, թողունակությունը՝ 3000 մարդ / ժամ:

Տարբերակ չորորդ: «Տաշիր» առևտրի կենտրոն (Տիգրան Մեծ, Մ.Խորենացի և Եր.Քոչար փողոցների խաչմերուկ), միջանկյալ՝ Սարի-թաղ 12-րդ փողոց, Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանի 7 և 8-րդ զանգվածների կենտրոնական հատված:

Տարբերակ հինգերորդ: Թամանյանի անվան պուրակ, միջանկյալ՝ 50-ամյակի հուշարձան, Ն.Զարյան փողոցի և Կոմիտասի անցուղու հատված (Հյուսիսային ճառագայթ շենք), Նոր Արաբկիր զբոսայգի:

Ներդրողի առաջարկությամբ կարող են քննարկվել ճոպանուղու կառուցման այլ վայրեր։

Ծրագրի ժամկետներ. Շինարարության տևողությունը` շուրջ 3 տարի:

Ծրագրի արժեքը. Ծրագրի արժեքը կկազմի շուրջ 20 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար: Հաշվարկը կատարվել է ծրագծի 5-6 կմ երկարության համար։

Ներդրումների ձևը և հիմնական պայմանները.Ծրագիրը նախատեսվում է իրականացնել մասնավոր ներդրողի հետ համագործակցության շրջանակում: Մասնավոր ներդրումների պարագայում Երևանի քաղաքապետարանը ներդրողին կաջակցի հողատարածքների իրավական կարգավիճակի մասին ներդրողին տեղեկատվության տրամադրման, ծրագրի իրականացման համար անհրաժեշտ փաստաթղթերի ձեռք բերելու գործում: Երևանի քաղաքապետարանը կաջակցի նաև իրացման ծրագրի կազմման և գործընթացի կազմակերպման գործում:
