Երբ լրատվական աղբյուրում հանդիպում եք հետևյալ արտահայտությանը՝ «Համաձայն շրջանառվող լուրերի», ապա հավատացեք դա ինչ որ մեկի երևակայության արդյունքում ծնված ապատեղեկատվությունն է: Ու ապատեղեկատվության աճ հատկապես սկսվում է, երբ երկրում տեղի է ունենում ինչ որ կարևոր նշանակությամբ իրադարձություն, որից էլ կախված է լինելու պետության հետագա զարգացման հեռանկարները:
