«Թատրոնը կկործանվի, եթե գումար բռնագանձեն». դատական հայց՝ ընդդեմ Արտաշատի թատրոնի

Արտաշատի Ամո Խարազյանի անվան պետական դրամատիկական թատրոնի գեղարվեստական նախկին ղեկավար Հայկ Մնացականյանը դատական հայց է ներկայացրել ընդդեմ թատրոնի։

Մնացականյանը պահանջում է իրեն վերականգնել նախկին հաստիքին, անվավեր ճանաչել աշխատանքային պայմանագիրը լուծելու մասին որոշումը, բռնագանձել հարկադիր պարապուրդի գումարը, իսկ աշխատանքում չվերականգնելու դիմաց բռնագանձել միջին աշխատավարձի տասներկուապատիկի չափով հատուցման գումարը։

Այսօր՝ նոյեմբերի 30–ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը թատրոնի տնօրեն Գագիկ Ռոստոմյանը հայտարարեց, որ Հայկ Մնացականյանի հետ նոր աշխատանքային պայմանագիր չի կնքել, քանի որ դերասանների մեծ մասը՝ 14-15 հոգի, հրաժարվել են աշխատել նրա հետ։ Ռոստոմյանի խոսքով՝ վերջին երեք տարվա ընթացքում Մնացականյանը ներկայացումներ չի բեմադրել, սակայն նախորդ տնօրենը նրան «ոչինչ չանելու համար» հավելավճարներ է տվել։

«Ես նրան ասել եմ, որ դու ոչ մի ռեժիսորից լավը չես. շատ են դեպքերը, երբ դերասանները չեն ընդունել գեղարվեստական ղեկավարին։ Օրինակ Վարդան Աճեմյանին իր 4 ուսանողները չցանկացան տեսնել թատրոնում և Աճեմյանը չմտավ թատրոն»,–ասաց նա։

Ռոստոմյանը նշեց, որ առաջին ատյանի դատարանը որոշում է կայացրել ի օգուտ թատրոնի, իսկ վերաքննիչ դատարանը բավարարել է Մնացականյանի բողոքն ու գործն ուղարկել առաջին ատյան՝ նոր քննության։

Թատրոնի տնօրենը կասկածներ ունի, որ Հայկ Մնացականյանը կարող է ազդել դատական որոշումների վրա.

«Առաջին ատյանի դատարանի վերջին նիստից հետո խոսում էինք, որ թատրոնը կկործանվի, եթե այդպիսի գումարներ բռնագանձեն։ Դատապաշտպանը հայտարարեց, որ դատարանի նախագահը՝ Գագոն, Վարդանի «ճուտն» է, Վարդանն էլ Հայկ Մնացականյանի բարեկամն է։ Համոզված ենք, որ այստեղ տեղի է ունեցել զանգ, որ ի վնաս թատրոնի հարցը լուծվի»,–ասաց նա։

Նշենք, որ Գագիկ Ռոստոմյանը Արտաշատի Ամո Խարազյանի անվան պետական դրամատիկական թատրոնի տնօրենի պաշտոնը ստանձնել է 2017 թ. դեկտեմբերին։
