Տնտեսական հեղափոխության կոնցեպտի հիմքում Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի գործունեությունն է

Աբել Մկրտչյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Ցանկացած երկրում հեղափոխական և, ընդհանրապես, անկայուն քաղաքական իրադրությունը, առաջին հերթին ազդում է հենց տվյալ պետության տնտեսական համակարգի վրա: Եղել են նույնիսկ այնպիսի ծայրահեղ դեպքեր, երբ տնտեսությունը պարզապես կոլլապսի է մատնվել:
Բարեբախտաբար Հայաստանում այս սցենարի ականատեսը չեղանք, ինչը պայմանավորված էր մի շարք հանգամանքներով՝ առաջին հերթին հենց հայաստանյան տնտեսական համակարգի կառուցվածքով:
Հեղափոխությունից հետո քաղաքական բլոկը այլևս կայացած է (արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունները կտան վերնական պատկերը) հետևաբար, ըստ տրամաբանության, հաջորդ քայլը պետք է լիներ տնտեսության կայունացումը: Այս պահի դրությամբ կարող ենք ֆիքսել, որ տնտեսական իրավիճակում արմատական փոփոխություններ չկան, բացի քաղաքական կամքից, որը ժխտում է կոռուպցիան: Իսկ տնտեսական շուտափույթ բարեփոխումներ չիրականացնելու դեպքում ընդհանրապես արձանագրվում է տնտեսության և քաղաքականության խզում:
Եվ ահա նման ներպետական իրադրությունում ԲՀԿ նախագահ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը «Ներդրումներ և առևտուր» խորագրով կլոր սեղան-համաժողովին, որին ներկա էր նաև վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը և ավելի քան 20 երկրի խորհրդարանների պատգամավորներ, նախարարներ, բիզնես ոլորտի ներկայացուցիչներ, առաջին անգամ հայտարարում է տնտեսական հեղափոխության կոնցեպտի մասին:
Հանրությունը, վստահաբար, ֆիքսել է, որ այս հայտարարությանը անմիջապես հաջորդեցին արտասահմանյան գործընկեր-ներդրողների այցերը Հայաստան, ովքեր ժամանել էին Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի հրավերով: Գործնական արդյունքը 1 միլիոն քառակուսի մետր հսկայական տարածքի վրա կառուցվող արդյունաբերական քաղաքի մոդելն էր, որն ընդգրկելու էր 10-ից ավելի ամենատարբեր ոլորտների գործարաններ, հանրահռչակ Կեմպինսկի հյուրանոցների ցանցի հայաստանյան մասնաճյուղ, «Արմօյլ» քսայուղերի գործարան, 2020թ-ին շահագործման կհանձնվի սիլիցիումի գործարանը, իսկ Աբովյան քաղաքում արդեն տրվել է սոցիալական բնակարանաշինության մեկնարկը: Ի դեպ, նշեմ, որ արդյունաբերական քաղաքի մի քանի գործարաններ արդեն շահագործման են հանձնվել՝ «Մուլտի Սոլար» արևային էներգիայի կայանը, «Մուլտի Տեքստիլ» սրբիչի գործարանը, ինչպես նաև Մայնինգ ֆերման, որն աշխատում է նորագույն տեխնոլոգիաներով: Միայն արդյունաբերական քաղաքը մոտ 7500 աշխատատեղ է ապահովելու:
Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը, ինչպես լիովին աջակցել էր քաղաքական փոփոխություններին, այնպես էլ այժմ, առանց այլևայլությունների առաջնորդեց այդքան սպասված տնտեսական հեղափոխությունը, որը դիվերսիֆիկացնելու է Հայաստանի տնտեսությունը, և այն դարձնելու է ավելի կայուն արտաքին մարտահրավերների դեմ, ինչպես նաև արժանապատիվ աշխատանքի հնարավորություն է տալու հազարավոր հայ ընտանիքների:
