«Տնտեսական հեղափոխություն»-ը Հայաստանում իրականացվում է Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի գլխավորությամբ

Դավիթ Հայրապետյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Գաղափարական տեսանկյունից շատ կարևոր է, երբ առաջադրված եզրույթը չեն գողանում: «Տնտեսական հեղափոխություն» եզրույթն էլ իր հերթին առաջադրվել էր Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի կողմից, որի առանցքային նշանակությունը կայանում էր նրանում, որ քաղաքական հաղթանակը պետք է ամրապնդվի նաև տնտեսական հաղթանակով: Եվ իրոք որ, առանց տնտեսական հեղափոխության հնարավոր չէ որևէ արդյունքի հասնել, քանի որ տնտեսության բացակայությունը հանգեցնում է կոլապսային իրավիճակի, որից դուրս գալն այնքալ էլ հեշտ չէ: Ուստի շատ կարևոր է, երբ քաղաքական գործիչները կարողանում են հասկանալ իրադարձությունների զարգացման հերթականությունը:
Եվ հաշվի առնելով այդ իրադարձությունների զարգացումը Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի կողմից առաջադրվեց տնտեսական հեղափոխություն հասկացությունը, որի նախաձեռնողն էլ հենց Ծառուկյանն է: Նրա գլխավորությամբ ոչ միայն նոր աշխատատեղեր են բացվել, այլև մեծ ներդրումներ են կատարվել, քանի որ միայն նրա անձնական կապերը հուսալիություն են առաջացնում օտաերկրյա ներդնողների շրջանում:
Ինչպես ցանկացած հայտարարություն, այս հայտարարություններ էլ պետք է ամրագրել փաստերով: Փաստերի լեզվով խոսելիս նշեմ, որ միայն Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի գլխավորությամբ զարկ տրվեց թեթև արդյունաբերության զարգացմանը և արդյունքում Հայաստանում պետք է կառուցվի 13 գործարան, որոնց ներդրումային ընդհանուր ծավալը գերազանցելու է 500 մլն դոլարը ու բացվելու է ավելի քան 7000 նոր աշխատատեղ: Նորարական ոլորտից խոսելիս ասեմ, որ բացվեց Մայնինգ ֆերման, որի ներդրումները հասնելու են 2 մլրդ դոլարի:
Եվ բացի այդ կարևոր նշանակություն ունի այն հանգամանքը, թե ինչպիսի ճանապարհներով ես փորձելու իրականացնել այդ հեղափոխությունը: Միջազգային պրակտիկայի լավ օրինակները որդեգրելով՝ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը Հայաստանում կազմակերպվեց «Ներդրումներ և առևտուր» խորագիրը կրող միջազգային ֆորում, որին մասնակցելու համար ժամանել էին աշխարհի 20 երկրների պատվիրակներ: Այս քայլերն էլ խոսուն վկաներն են այն պնդման, որ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը հավատարիմ է մնում իր խոսքերին և դրանք գործով է ապացուցում:
