Տնտեսական հեղափոխության հիմնաքարը դրել է Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը

Աննա Իսկանդարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցավ քաղաքական հեղափոխություն, բայց հեղափոխությունը վերաբերվում էր ոչ միայն իշխանափոխությանը և վատ կառավարող խորհրդարանից ազատվելուն, այնպես էլ հեղափոխություն, որը վերաբերվում էր տնետեսությանը:
Դեռևս, որոշ ժամանակ առաջ Գ. Ծառուկյանի նախաձեռնությամբ տեղի ունեցավ «Ներդրումներ և առևտուր» ֆորումը, որտեղ էլ հենց Ծառուկյանի կողմից հնչեցվեց մի շատ կարևոր և հետաքրքիր գաղափար, որ մեր երկրում ժամանակն է կատարել նաև «տնտեսական հեղափոխություն»:
Սա այն դեպքերից է, որի առնչությամբ ևս վստահ կարող ենք շեշտել, որ Գ. Ծառուկյանի խոսքը գործ դարձավ: Կատարելով մեկը մյուսից կարևոր գործնական քայլեր՝ նա կարողացավ հասնել նրան, որ մեր երկրում մեկ ամիս էլ չանցած կյանքի կոչվի ներդրումային նախադեպը չունեցող 500 միլիոն դոլարից ավել ֆինանսավորմամբ բիզնես ծրագիր, որն աստիճանաբար կյանքի է կոչվում: Ծրագրով մենք կունենանք արդյունաբերական խոշոր քաղաք,որն իր մեջ կներառի 12-13 գործարաններ:
Այսպիսով՝ շնորհիվ Գ. Ծառուկյանի՝ մենք արդեն ունենք արդյունաբերական քաղաքի առաջին գործարանը, աշխարհի ամենախոշոր մայնինգ ֆերման, և եթե փորձենք հիշել ու թվարկել Ծառուկյանի կատարած քայլերը վերջին երկու ամիսներին, ծանոթանալ նրա առաջարկած ծրագրերին կարող ենք վստահաբար ասել, որ շատ շուտով Հայաստանը կդառնա մրցակցային բոլոր ասպարեզներում:
Այստեղ, հատկանշական է, ոչ միայն մրցային ասպարեզում հայտնվելը, կամ աշխատատեղերի բացման և որոշ մասով մարդկանց սոցիալական խնդիրների լուծմանը, այլև հստակ կարող ենք ասել, որ այն դրական անդրադարձ կունենա նաև մեր պետբյուջեի վրա, որտեղից էլ հենց սկսվում են հիմանական խնդիրները:
Այս ամենն ի նկատի ունենալով՝ կարող ենք հստակ ասել, որ մեր պետության տնտեսական հեղափոխության հիմնաքարը դրվել է Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի կողմից, որը Հայաստանի պատմության համար ամենակարևոր քայլերից մեկն է:
Ի ուրախություն բոլորիս՝ տնտեսական հեղափոխությւոնը հաստատուն քայլերով առաջ է գնում և հաշվի առնելով այն հանգամանքը, որ օտարերկրյա ներդրողների հետաքրքվածությունը մեր երկրի նկատմամբ գնալով աճում է և դառնում էլ ավելի ընդգրկուն:
