ԲՀԿ-ն նոր որակի հարաբերություններ է կառուցում Ռուսաստանի հետ

Էնջի Ղազարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Նոյեմբերի 22-ին աշխատանքային այցով Ռուսաստանում էր գտնվում Հայաստանյան պատվիրակություն՝ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի գլխավորությամբ: Պտվիրակության անդամներին ընդունել է Ռուսաստանի դաշնային ժողովի պետական դումայի նախագահ Վյաչեսլավ Վոլոդինը: Հանդիպման ընթացքում տեղի է ունեցել դռնփակ քննարկում, որի գլխավոր նպատակն էր քննարկել երկրների տնտեսական, քաղաքական, միջխորհրդարանական հարաբերություններին վերաբերվող հարցեր: Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի գլխավորած պատվիրակության այցը շարունակվեց արդեն «Եդինայա Ռասիա» խմբակցության ղեկավարի հետ, որտեղ դարձյալ քննարկվեցին երկու երկրների հարաբերությունների ամրապնդմանն վերաբերվող հարցեր:
Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը, ինչպես բազմիցս նշել է, այս անգամ էլ հաստատեց, որ շատ կարևորում է նման հանդիպումները, որոնցից շահում է միայն մեր պետությունը և մեր ժողովուրդը: Եվ չմոռանանք, որ սա նրա առաջին աշխատանքային հանդիպումը չէ օտարերկրյան գործընկերների հետ: Քաղաքական բնույթի հանդիպումները շատ հաճախակի է տեղի ունենում՝ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի նախաձեռնությամբ: Իհարկե հասկանալի է, որ նա առաջնային է համարում երկրի քաղաքական, տնտեսական և ռազմական հարաբերությունների զարգացումն ու միջազգային կապերի հաստատումը, ինչը և նա ստեղծում է՝ օգտագործելով իր հեղինակությունը երկրից դուրս:
Հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունները ժամանակի ընթացքում ավելի է ամրապնդվում և որպեսզի ունենանք շոշափելի հաջողություններ այդ հարաբերություններում, նման բարձր մակարդակի շփումներն ուղղակի անհրաժեշտություն են։
Այցը չսահմանափակվեց այսքանով և պատվիրակության անդամները հանդիպում ունեցան նաև «Եդինայա Ռոսիա» կուսակցության գլխավոր գրասենյակում:
Աշխատանքային այցը անխոս բխում է միայն մեր երկրի շահերից, քանի որ Ռուսաստանի նման հզոր և բոլոր ոլորտներում զարգացած երկիրը մեծ հենարան կլինի մեզ համար: Եվ այս ամենը հաշվի առնելով է, որ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը և ԲՀԿ խմբակցությունը կառուցում է նոր որակի միջտնտեսական, միջքաղաքական և միջռազմական հարաբերություններ:
Իսկ հանդիպման վերջում ռուսական կողմը վստահաբար նշեց, որ ԲՀԿ-ն դեկտեմբերի 9-ին կայանալիք ընտրություններում կունենա հաջողություն՝ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի հեղինակության և վստահաություն ներշնչող յուրօրինակ նախընտրական ծրագրով:
