Տնտեսագիտականի ռեկտորից բացատրագիր են պահանջել. եզրահանգումը ոմանց համար կարող է շատ ցավոտ լինել

Տևական ժամանակ է, ինչ հրապարակվում են տեղեկություններ, որոնցով կասկածի տակ է դրվում Հայաստանի պետական տնտեսագիտական համալսարանի ռեկտոր Կորյուն Աթոյանի՝ գիտությունների դոկտորի աստիճան ունենալ–չունենալը:

Oragir.info-ն ԿԳՆ բարձրագույն որակավորման կոմիտեի նախագահ Սմբատ Գոգյանի հետ զրույցում փորձեց պարզել՝ որևէ ընթացք տրվե՞լ է այդ հրապարակումներին:

«Որոշ խնդրահարույց փաստեր գտել ենք, որի մասին էլ պարոն Աթոյանին տեղյակ ենք պահել: Նա մեզ խոստացել է բացատրագիր ներկայացնել: Սպասում ենք»,–մեզ հետ զրույցում ասաց Ս. Գոգյանը:

Հարցին, թե ե՞րբ են պահանջել բացատրագիրը, ե՞րբ է ներկայացնելու վերջնաժամկետը, և արդյո՞ք այս ամբողջ ժամանակահատվածը բավարար չէր, Ս.Գոգյանը նախ պատասխանեց. «Հուլիսից սկսած զրուցում ենք այդ թեմայով»:

ԲՈԿ նախագահն այնուհետև շեշտեց՝ խոսքը հնուց եկած փաստերի մասին է, որոնց մասին այդքան հեշտ չէ միանգամից եզրակացություն տալ. «Տարբեր դիրքորոշումներ կան, ու քանի որ վերջին եզրահանգումն էլ ոմանց համար կարող է շատ ցավոտ լինել, այդ պատճառով էլ չենք շտապում»:

ԲՈԿ նախագահն ընդգծեց՝ կամ պետք է որոշ մարդիկ ներողություն խնդրեն, որ վարկաբեկել են, կամ էլ հակառակը պետք է լինի. «Դրա համար չենք շտապում եզրահանգում տալ, երբ կողմերն իրար հակառակ կարծիք ունեն»:

Հարցին, թե ռեկտորից փաստաթղթեր պահանջե՞լ են, նա պատասխանեց. «Մենք տեղյակ պահեցինք, որ Ռուսաստանի գրադարանում իր դոկտորականը բացակայում է: Նա խոստացավ, որ կզբաղվի այդ հարցով ու երեք օր անց այն հայտնվեց գրադարանի կայքում: Բայց այն, որ 20 տարուց ավելի ատենախոսություն չի եղել՝ փաստ է: Չի եղել գրադարանում, մեր արխիվում և մեզ մոտ՝ մեր փաստաթղթերի մեջ էլ չկա իր ատենախոսությունը»:

Նա նշեց, որ Կ. Աթոյանի ատենախոսությունը Ռուսաստանի գրադարանի արխիվ է մուտք արվել այս տարվա հուլիսի 31–ին, բայց Կ. Աթոյանը պաշտպանել է 1995թ.:

Սմբատ Գոգյանը նշեց, որ մնացած առումներով հստակ ինֆորմացիա չկա, որի մասին կարող են հրապարակել: Նշենք, որ փորձել էինք ԿԳ նախարարությունից պարզել՝ ՀՊՏՀ ռեկտորի հրաժարականի հարց այս պահին քննարկվո՞ւմ է: ԿԳՆ–ից պատասխանեցին, որ այդ հարցը ՀՊՏՀ կառավարման խորհրդի իրավասությունների շրջանակներում է:
