Վարչապետ լինելը ոչ թե վայելք է, այլ պատախսանատվություն. Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն աշխատանքային այցով Մարտունիում է

Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցած ամենաառանցքային փոփոխությունն այն է, որ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացի երկրում իշխանության է: Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Մարտունի քաղաքում բնակիչների հետ հանդիպմանն այս մասին ՀՀ վարչապետի պաշտոնակատար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը: «Մենք հիմա իրար հետ արդեն իսկ կերտել ենք նոր Հայաստան, որտեղ ձեզանից յուրաքանչյուրը իրեն զգում է հաղթանակած: Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցած ամենաառանցքային փոփոխությունն այն է, որ դուք, ձեզանից յուրաքանչյուրը իշխանություն է Հայաստանում: Մինչև հիմա ընդունված է քննադատաբար ասել, որ այս երկրում երեք միլիոն վարչապետ կա, երեք միլիոն նախագահ կա, երեք միլիոն նախարար կա: Դա ասվում էր որպես քննադատություն, բայց ես դա համարում եմ առավելություն, որ մեր երկրում երեք միլիոն վարչապետ կա, որովհետև, երբ մենք ասում ենք, որ Հայաստանում իշխանությունը դուք եք, հենց դա նկատի ունենք: Նոր ժամանակներում վարչապետ լինելը վայելք չի, այլ պատասխանատվություն է: Երբ մենք ասում ենք, որ Հայաստանում իշխանությունը պատկանում է ժողովրդին, դա նշանակում է, որ Հայաստանում երեք միլիոն վարչապետ կա, և ձեզանից յուրաքանչյուրը վարչապետ է: Ձեզանից յուրաքանչյուրն, այո, այս երկրի վարչապետ է, դա նշանակում է մեզանից յուրաքանչյուրի առանձնակի պատասխանատվությունը մեր իրականության համար»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ՝ ասաց վարչապետի պաշտոնակատարը:

Նա հավելեց, որ այժմ եկել է ամեն մեկի պատասխանատվության ժամանակը, որպեսզի բոլորը հասկանան, թե իրենց որոշումից ինչքան բան է կախված: «Օրինակ, ընտրություններում դուք մի ձայն ունեք, ես էլ մի ձայն ունեմ, մարզպետն ու նախարարն էլ մի ձայն ունեն: Ընտրություններում ամեն մարդ պետք է զգա իր առանձնակի պատասխանատվությունը: Որովհետև հիմա այն ժամանակը չէ, որ մարզպետը, միլպետը, ԱԱԾ պետը, կաշառք տվողն են որոշում կայացնելու: Հիմա դուք եք կայացնելու որոշումը, և ձեզնից յուրաքանչյուրը պետք է զգա այդ պատասխանատվությունը: Ձեր քվեն տալով՝ դուք որոշելու եք այս երեխաների ճակատագիրը, որոնք դեռ քվեարկելու իրավունք չունեն»,-պ նշեց Փաշինյանը:

Անդրադառնալով Մարտունի քաղաքի օրվան՝ Փաշինյանը շեշտեց, որ Մարտունին միշտ էլ տոնելու, նշելու հպարտանալու առիթ ունի, որովհետև մարտունեցիները, ինչպես ՀՀ բոլոր քաղաքացիները, աչքի են ընկնում իրենց ուժեղ կամքով, աշխատասիրությամբ, հուսահատության հետ չհամակերպվելու իրենց ուժով: Մարտունին հայտնի է նաև նրանով, որ բազմաթիվ մարտունեցիներ դժվարություններին հանդիման ստիպված եղան մեկնել արտագնա աշխատանքի, բայց նրանք գնում էին արտագնա աշխատանքի ոչ թե հեռանալու, այլ Հայաստանում մնալու իրենց երկիրը, քաղաքը թաղամասը շենացնելու համար, և ես ուզում եմ բոլոր այդ մարդկանց շնորհակալություն հայտնել ձեր աշխատասիրության, հայրենասիրության, ուժի և կամքի համար, որ դուք երբեք ոչ մի դժվարության առաջ չեք ընկրկել և չեք ընկրկելու»,- ընդգծեց ՀՀ վարչապետի պաշտոնակատարը:
