Հանրապետականի վարկանիշը քաղաքական խաղերով հնարավոր չի բարձրացնել

Սելինա Սահակյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Բոլորս էլ հասկանում ենք, որ առջևում ընտրություններ են ու որոշ քաղաքական ուժեր փորձում են տարատեսակ խաղեր խաղալ, որպեսզի հնարավորինս բարձրացնեն իրենց վարկանիշը քաղաքական դաշտում և հասարակության շրջանում: Բայց պետք է հասկանալ, որ ոչ բոլորին դա կհաջողվի:
Երեկ այդպիսի փորձ կատարեց Հայաստանի Հանրապետական Կուսակցությունը (ՀՀԿ-ն) խորհրդարանում առաջարկելով մի օրինագիծ, որի նպատակը բնականաբար բոլորիս էլ հայտնի է: Շահել հասարակության մի հատվածի վստահությունը: Մասնավորապես առաջադրվել էր «Հատուկ պետական պաշտպանության ենթակա անձանց անվտանգության ապահովման մասին» ՀՀ օրենքում լրացումներ կատարելու մասին օրինագիծը: Այս նախաձեռնությունը իրականացվել էր հանրապետական պատգամավորներ՝ Միհրան Հակոբյանի, Գալուստ Սահակյանի և Կարինե Աճեմյանի կողմից: Ու արդյունքում ստեղծվեց մի տարօրինակ իրավիճակ: Իրենց իսկ առաջադրած օրինագիծը չընդունեցին հանրապետականները և չընդունելուց հետո սկսեցին անհիմն հայտարարություններ անել, թե օրինագծի տապալման մեջ մեղավոր են «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» և «ԵԼՔ» խմբակցությունները: Դրանից հետո էլ անմիջապես ինչ որ լրատվական կայքերի ու մասնավորապես ֆեյսբուքյան հարթությունում ֆեյք էջերով սկսվեց տարածվել նորություններ, թե իբր այդ երկու քաղաքական ուժերը դեմ են, որպեսզի Վեհափառը ունենա անվտանգություն: Սակայն այս տեսակետը հիմնովին աբսուրդային է, քանի որ հարցը ԲՀԿ-ի տեսանկյունից դիտարկելու դեպքում կնկատենք, որ Բարգավաճ Հայաստանը միշտ էլ կողմ է եղել հայկական հոգևոր ավանդույթների պահպանմանը, իսկ իր հերթին էլ վարչապետը նշել էր, որ անհրաժեշտության դեպքում կառավարությունը պատրաստ է ապահովել Վեհափառի անվտանգությունը:
Սակայն հիմնային խնդիրը կայանում է նրանում, որ այս օրինագիծը՝ «Հատուկ պետական պաշտպանության ենթակա անձանց անվտանգության ապահովման մասին» միայն քաղաքական բեմադրություն էր: Պետք չէր մի այնպիսի օրինագիծ ներկայացնել խորհրդարան, որում առկա էին բազում թերություններ: Հետո էլ, եթե հանրապետական խմբակցությունն էր առաջադրում, ապա ինքը եթե ամբողջովին ներկա գտնվեր նիստին ու կողմ քվեարկեր օրինագծին, ապա այն կընդունվեր: Ու պետք չէ Ձեր իսկ սխալները բարդել այլ քաղաքական ուժերի վրա, առավել ևս դուք այսքան տարի ունեիք իշխանություն և կարող էիք այսպիսի օրինագիծ վաղուց ընդունել:
