Սորոսյան իմպերիա՞ նախկին ԽՍՀՄ տարածքում

ukraina.ru-ն «Ջորջ Սորոսն ու հետխորհրդային տարածքը» հոդվածում գրում է, որ 1993 թվականին Սորոսը հայտարարել է, որ նախկին Խորհրդային Միությունը ներկայումս վերանվանվել է Սորոսյան իմպերիայի, բայց ոչ բոլոր հետխորհրդային երկրներում իրականացան «գունավոր հեղափոխություններ»: Ի՞նչ է կատարվելու Հայաստանում:

«Բաց Հասարակություն-Հայաստան» հիմնադրամը հիմնվել է 1997 թվականին և 1998 թվականից սկսել է դրամաշնորհներ տրամադրել տեղական հ/կ-ներին: Դրամաշնորհները եղել են մոտավորապես 50 միլիոն դոլլարի չափով: Միայն 2017 թվականին «քաղաքացիական հասարակության հայկական կառույցները» ստացել են 3,5 միլիոն դոլլար, որի 50 տոկոսը տրամադրվել է «մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության» , իսկ 30 տոկոսը՝ «կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի և ժողովրդավարության» աջակցման նպատակով: Հայաստանում Սորոսը գործել է միանգամից մի քանի կառույցների միջոցով (Open Society Foundation-Armenia, Partnership for Open Society (POS) և Eurasian Partnership Foundation (EPF)): Կառուցված լինելով «հովանոցի» սկզբունքով՝ նրանք համախմբում են որոշակի հարթակում բազմաթիվ ոչ կառավարական կառույցներ, որոնք աշխատում են հասարակական կյանքի բոլոր ոլորտներում: Օրինակ, միայն POS-ը համախմբում է ավելի քան 60 ոչ առևտրային կազմակերպությունններ՝ հասարակական կազմակերպություններ, սկսած լրագրողական միավորումներից և ավարտած հաշմանդամների հասարակական ինտեգրման և վերականգնման կազմակերպություններով: Հենց Սորոսի կողմից ֆինանսավորվող կազմակերպություններն էին հանդիսանում Հայաստանում 2018 թվականի գարնանը իրականացված զանգվածային անհնազանդության միջոցառումների շարժիչ ուժը, ընդ որում՝ «Բաց Հասարակություն-Հայաստան» հիմնադրամի ներկայացուցիչները հրապարակայնորեն դիմեցին կառավարությանը, որ նրանք չխանգարեն ժողովրդական բողոքներին: Արդյունքում դե ֆակտո իրականացավ իշխանափոխություն, և Հայաստանի վարչապետ դարձավ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը: Վերջինս անմիջապես Հայաստանի անվտանգության խորհրդի նախագահ նշանակեց Արմեն Գևորգյանին, որը հանդիսանում էր Սորոսի կողմից ֆինանսավորվող և ընտրությունների ծրագրերով զբաղվող Transparency International կազմակերպության համակարգողը, իսկ Հայաստանի սփյուռքի նախարարի տեղակալ նշանակվեց Բաբկեն Տեր-Գրիգորյանը, որն էլ հանդիսացել է Սորոսի ծրագրերի համակարգողը բազմաթիվ տարիներ և որը 2013 թվականին ցենզուրայից դուրս պաստառներով բողոքի ակցիա էր կազմակերպել Պուտինի՝ Հայաստան այցի դեմ: Հայաստանի խորհրդարանի լուծարումից և արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններ նշանակելուց հետո Սորոսի կայույցները ակտիվ պաշտպանում են «իրենց» թեկնածուներին և կուսակցություններին: Փորձագետների մեծ մասը չի կասկածում, որ եթե հանկարծ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին չհաջողվի հաղթել արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններում, ապա նա կփորձի լեգիտիմացնել իր իշխանությունը հերթական «գունավոր հեղափոխության» միջոցով:
