Լավ բիզնես է, դուք արեք, ի՞նչ խնդիր. Հակոբ Արշակյանը՝ մեքենայի ղեկը փոխելու մասին

Աջ ղեկով մեքենաները պետք է ներմուծվեն, գրանցվեն եւ շահագործվեն Հայաստանում, քանի որ մեքենայի ղեկը փոխելը վտանգավոր է։ Այս մասին այսօր կառավարության նիստից առաջ, դիմելով ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի եւ ՏՏ նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Հակոբ Արշակյանին, ասացին «Ղեկը աջ» նախաձեռնության անդամները՝ նշելով, որ դեմ են ղեկը Հայաստանում փոխելու նախարարության առաջարկին։

«Դուք գիտեք, որ ղեկը փոխելու թանկ ձեւեր կան, էժան ձեւեր կան, թանկ ձեւերով հնարավոր է ինչ-որ կերպ սերտիֆիկացված ձեւով փոխել»,- ասաց Հակոբ Աշակյանը:

Նախաձեռնության անդամները մտահոգություն հայտնեցին, որ հիմա էլ ղեկերն աջից ձախ փոխելու ոլորտում մենաշնորհ կհաստատվի, ինչին նախարարի պաշտոնակատարն արձագանքեց. «Ժողովուրդ ջան, էդ հիմնարկը դուք բացեք, լավ բիզնես է, դուք արեք, ի՞նչ խնդիր կա»։

Հիշեցնենք, որ Տրանսպորտի կապի եւ ՏՏ նախարարությունն առաջարկություն է ներկայացրել ՀՀ կառավարություն՝ ՀՀ կառավարության համապատասխան որոշման մեջ լրացումներ կատարելու միջոցով ՀՀ մաքսային տարածքներում տեղակայված աջակողմյան ղեկային տեղաբաշխմամբ տրանսպորտային միջոցները «Վերամշակում ներքին սպառման համար» մաքսային ընթացակարգով ՀՀ տարածք ներմուծելու համար:

Նշված մաքսային ընթացակարգը հնարավորության կտա աջակողմյան ղեկային համակարգ ունեցող տրանսպորտային միջոցներն առանց վերասարքավորման ներմուծել ՀՀ տարածք, ՀՀ տարածքում մինչեւ 1 տարվա ժամկետում իրականացնել ղեկի տեղափոխում, այնուհետեւ ՀՀ օրենսդրությամբ սահմանված կարգով մաքսազերծելուց հետո դրանք հաշվառել ՀՀ ոստիկանությունում եւ ազատ շահագործել ՀՀ տարածքում:
