Լյովա Մնացականյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Երեկ Ազատությունը ռեպորտաժ էր նկարահանել Արմավիրի մարզի Ջրառատ գյուղի ծանրամարտի մարզադահլիճից, որտեղ իր առաջին քայլերն էր կատարել, ներկայիս աշխարհի չեմպիոն և ռեկորդակիր, օլիմպիական խաղերի փոխչեմպիոն Սիմոն Մարտիրոսյանը: Մարզադահլիճն ինչ խոսք անմխիթար վիճակում էր գտնվում, ինչն էլ որոշ լրատվականներ փորձել են շահարկման առարկա դարձնել և քաղաքական երանգավորում հաղորդել դրան: Ի գիտություն բոլոր այդ լրատվականների, Սիմոն Մարտիրոսյանը տևական ժամանակ է ինչ իր պարապմունքներն անցկացնում է Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի անձնական միջոցներով կառուցված և միջազգային բոլոր ստանդարտներին համապատասխանող, Օլիմպավան մարզական համալիրում, որտեղ մարզիկների համար ստեղծված են բոլոր պայմանները՝ լիարժեք մարզումներ անցկացնելու համար: Ինչի ենք սա հատուկ նշում, որովհետև որոշ լրատվականներ, փորձում են այս իրավիճակում շահարկել ՀԱՕԿ նախագահ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի անունն ու դա տեղափոխել արդեն իսկ քաղաքական դաշտ:
Առնվազն տարակուսելի է նման դրսևորումներն այն ասպեկտներով դիտարկված, երբ բոլորն էլ գիտեն, տեսնում են, թե ինչպես է Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը յուրաքանչյուր մարզիկի անհատական մոտեցում ցուցաբերում, քաջալերում և մոտիվացնում նորանոր հաղթանակների: Այդ ողջ գործընթացը ուղեկցվում է հսկայածավալ ներդրումներով, դա փաստ է, որը տեսանելի է բոլորի համար, իսկ այսօր, օգտագործելով Սիմոն Մարտիրոսյանի նման հզոր մարզիկի ֆակտորը, կեխտոտ քաղաքական խաղեր սկսելու համար, դա անբարոյականություն է: Եթե անգամ Ջրառատի մարզադպրոցը անմխիթար վիճակում է և մարզումները լիարժեք տեղի չեն ունենում, դրանում մեղավորներ կամ շահարկման սուբյեկտ փնտրելիս, զգույշ եղեք, պետական սեկտորի գործառույթները մասնավորին մի՛ պարտադրեք:
Սպորտի ոլորտը միշտ է գտնվել ՀԱՕԿ նախագահի ուշադրության կիզակետում, տարիներ շարունակ հենց նրա վարած ճիշտ սպորտային քաղաքակնության արդյունքում է նաև, որ այսօր ունենք լուրջ արդյունքներ: Եվ վերջապես հարցրեք Սիմոն Մարտիրոսյանից, թե նա որտեղ է անցկացնում իր մարզումները և ովքեր են նրան միշտ աջակցել՝ հաջողություններ գրացնելու գործում:

Հ.Գ. Ի դեպ նշենք, որ եթե Ծառուկյանին հավուր պատշաճի ներկայացվեր իրավիճակը, ապա շատ սեղմ ժամանակահատվածում այն կստանար իր տրամաբանական լուծումը, ինչպես վերջերս եղավ Դսեղում, երբ տեղի մարզադպրոցի մարզիչը դիմեց ՀԱՕԿ նախագահին՝ խնդրանքով հոգալ մարզադպրոցի վերանորոգման ծախսերը: Մեկ ամիս անց մարզադպրոցն ամբողջությամբ վերանորոգվեց: Դրա համար, ինչ-որ էժանագին շահարկումներից առաջ, ուղղակի մարդ եղեք ու գնահատեք Ծառուկյանի կողմից իրականացված այն գործերը, որոնք նպաստել են հայկական սպորտի զարգացմանն ու առաջընթացին:
