Քաղաքական խոսքի վակուում. ինչպե՞ս սղագրել դատարկությունը

Քաղաքական դիսկուրսի որակը, բովանդակությունը հասկանալու մի պարզ և հեշտ մեթոդ կա՝ բանավոր խոսքը սղագրել, վերածել գրավորի: Լսելու և տեսնելու փոխարեն՝ կարդալ: Այդպես են վարվում գրեթե բոլոր վերլուծական կենտրոնները՝ լինեն դրանք մասնավոր, թե պետական ու մերձպետական, երբ ցանկանում են որևէ ելույթի, հայտարարության մասին ունենալ առավել խորքային վերլուծություն: Գրավոր տեքստը հնարավորություն է տալիս կտրվել կողմնակի այլ հանգամանքներից, հատկապես էմոցիոնալ ֆոնից, լինել ավելի օբյեկտիվ՝ չտրվելով ելույթի կամ դրա հեղինակի զգայականությանը, հռետորական հմտություններին կամ այդ հմտությունների բացակայությանը:

Եթե այս պարզ մեթոդով փորձենք վերլուծել վերջին շրջանի (ըստ էության՝ ոչ միայն վերջին) քաղաքական դիսկուրսը, հիմնական դերակատարների ելույթները, հայտարարություններն ու հարցազրույցները, ապա կտեսնենք, որ մենք գտնվում ենք քաղաքական խոսքի վակուումի մեջ: Հազվադեպ կարելի է գտնել որևէ բանավոր ելույթ կամ խոսք, որը սղագրելուց ու գրավոր տեքստի վերածելուց հետո վերջնարդյունքում կունենանք որևէ բովանդակային ասելիք: Թերևս նաև սա է պատճառը, որ տեքստային հարցազրույցները հայաստանյան մեդիադաշտում դարձել են բացառիկ երևույթ: Տեխնոլոգիաների զարգացումը մի կողմից հեշտացրել է ինֆորմացիայի փոխանակումը տեսանյութերի միջոցով, մեկ այլ կողմից քաղաքական խոսքը հեռացրել տեքստից, գրավոր մակարդակից՝ տեղափոխելով բացառապես դյուրամարս, էմոցիոնալության տակ բովանդակությունը թաքցնող բանավոր մակարդակ:

Բնականաբար, բանավոր խոսքը, հատկապես հրապարակային ու քաղաքական գործիչների դեպքում չի կարող լինել նույնքան չոր, որքան տեքստը: Հռետորությունը քաղաքականության անբաժան մասն է: Բայց, ցավոք, մեր օրերում բանավորից որևէ ելույթ տեքստի վերածելուց հետո պարզում ենք, որ հռետորությունը ոչ թե քաղաքականության անբաժան մասն է, այլ այդ քաղաքականության էությունը, հիմնական բովանդակությունը: Այլ բովանդակություն գեղեցիկ ձայնի, էմոցիոնալ շարժումների, բարձրագոչ տեմբրի տակ մեծամասամբ հնարավոր չէ գտնել:
