Գրագետ և թիրախավորված ներդրումային քաղաքականությունը տնտեսական արգելափակումը ճեղքելու գլխավոր նախապայման

Աբել Մկրտչյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Հայաստանին պարտադրված տնտեսական էմբարգոն ուղեկցել է Հայաստանի 3-րդ հանրապետությանը իր գոյության ողջ ընթացքին զուգահեռ: Տնտեսական սահմանափակ հնարավորությունների պատճառով արդյունաբերական Հայաստանի պարծանքը համարվող շատ գործարաններ լքվեցին և դադարեցին գործել: Մի քանի տասնամյակ ժողովուրդը կարոտ էր մնացել «նոր գործարան է բացվել» արտահայտությանը:
Եվ ահա մի քանի օր է՝ մամուլը լայնորեն լուսաբանում է Մուլտի Գրուպ կոնցեռնի կողմից կառուցվող 1մլն. քառակուսի մետր տարածքով արդյունաբերական քաղաքի մասին լուրերը, որն ընդգրկելու է 10-ից ավելի գործարաններ՝ 7000 աշխատատեղով: Արդեն երեկ արդյունաբերական այս հսկայի միանգամից 2 գործարանների բացման հանդիսավոր արարողությունն էր: "Մուլտի Սոլար" և "Մուլտի Գրուպ" Տեքստիլ՝ երկուսն էլ Հայաստանի համար ստրատեգիական նշանակություն ունեցող այնպիսի ոլորտներում, ինչպիսիք են արևային էներգիան, որը ապագայի տեխնոլոգիան է, և տեքստիլը, որը հարուստ ավանդույթներ ուներ Հայաստանում:
"Մուլտի Սոլար"-ը, ինչպես արդեն նշեցի, արևային Հայաստանի համար, որտեղ տարվա ընթացքում 365 օրերից 300-ը արևոտ են, իրապես ապագայի հզոր տեսլական է, և տնտեսության կայուն ճյուղերից է հանդիսանալու: Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի հրավերով ամերիկաբակ Զարեհ Բալասանյանը վերադարձել է Հայաստան՝ իր հարուստ փորձը ներդնելու հայրենիքի շենացման գործում, և հենց Ծառուկյանի ջանքերով ընդամենը 7 ամսում կառուցվել է հզոր գործարան, որտեղ ներդրվել է 10 մլն դոլար՝ 200 աշխատատեղի հնարավորությամբ: Արտադրանքի իրացման շուկաներն են լինելու նաև Ռուսաստանը, Լիբանանը, Սիրիան, Եգիպտոսը: Միայն այս գործարանը կարող է բավարարել Հայաստանի ողջ ներքին պահանջարկը, սակայն, արտահանումը տնտեսության մեջ դրսից գումարներով աշխուժացնելու գրագետ քաղաքականություն է: Ի դեպ, գործարանը ապագայում հզորացվելու է մինչև 400 մեգավատ հզորությամբ աշխատելու հնարավորություններով՝ այսինքն 1 ատոմակայանի չափ: Գործարանի արտադրած էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագաինը անհամամետ ցածր է՝ 25-30 այժմյան 45 դրամի փոխարեն:
Իսկ ահա Սիրիայի տեքստիլ հսկա «Սաբախ» գրուպի սեփականատեր Ամար Սաբահի հետ համատեղ բացված "Մուլտի Գրուպ" Տեքստիլը ամսական 150 տոննա արտադրանք է տալու: Եվ սա միայն սկիզբն է: Այն արտադրելու է կենցաղային տեքստիլ արտադրանքից մինչև հայրենական արտադրության հագուստեղեն: Թիրախը տարածաշրջանային պետություններն են և, իհարկե, Եվրոպան:
