Գործել ինչպես Ծառուկյանը, ոչ թե սպասել, որ ներդրողն ու ներդրումը ինքնուրույն «կգտնեն» Հայաստանի ճանապարհը

Լենա Ավետիսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Քուվեյթի թագաժառանգ Շեյխ Ահմադ Ալ Ֆահադ Ալ Սաբահը Հայաստանում է Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի հրավերով։ Այցի մեկնարկը տրվեց Առինջում գտնվող արդյունաբերական քաղաքից, որը իր մեջ ներառելու է 10-ից ավելի գործարաններ։ Արդյունաբերական քաղաքի վերջնական տեսքը ստանալու համար՝ պահանջվում է 500 միլիոն դոլարի ներդրում, որի արդյունքում կստեղծվեն 7000 նոր աշխատատեղեր։
200 նոր աշխատատեղեր կբացվեն նաև Մուլտի Սոլար արևային համակարգերի արտադրությամբ զբաղվող գործարանում, այստեղ կաշխատեն առաջատար մասնագետներ և հայ գիտնականներ։ Աշխատատեղերի պակասը, մինչ օրս, ՀՀ հասարակության մեծագույն չարիքներից էր, ինչի տված վնասը զգացվում է ոչ միայն աղքատության ու արտագաղթի, այլև երկրի զարգացմանը տանող այլ ոլորտների վրա։ Այս ներդրումները նպաստելու են, որ «գործազրկություն» անունը կրող չարիքը նահանջի մեր երկրից։
Շեյխ Ահմադ Ալ Ֆահադը շրջայցի ժամանակ ծանոթացավ գրեթե բոլոր այն ոլորտներին, որտեղ Ծառուկյանը ծավալում է իր գործունեությունը։ Հայաստանյան «համեստ» պայմաններում, նման առաջադեմ ու նորագույն տեխնոլոգիաներով զինված գործարանները, իհարկե, հիացրեցին Շեյխ Ահմադ Ալ Ֆահադ։ Քուվեյթի թագաժառանգի գլխավոր նպատակը Հայաստանում ներդրումներ անելն է, իսկ Ծառուկյանի հետ ունեցած ընկերական հարաբերությունները՝ անշուշտ, իրենց դրական ազդեցությունը կունենան ներդրման չափի վրա։
Հսկայական ծավալով ներդրումներ արդեն իսկ իրականացվել են, ու սպասվուն են նորերը, պետք է փաստել, որ նորանկախ Հայաստանի պատմության մեջ՝ ներդրումային նման հոսք չի գրանցվել, սա աննախադեպ մի իրավիճակ է, որտեղ պետք է վարել գրագետ քաղաքականություն, եղած ներդրումները նպատակային օգտագործելու և դրանք ավելացնելու ուղղությամբ։ Բազմիցս ականատես ենք եղել Ծառուկյանի գրանցած հաջողություններին, ու այս անգամ էլ ուրախանալու առիթ կունենանք։ Շեյխ Ահմադ Ալ Ֆահադի այցը Հայաստան ևս մեկ անգամ գալիս է ապացուցելու, որ Ծառուկյանի հանդեպ եղած վստահությունը և ընկերական հարաբերությունները ներդրումներ ներգրավելու համար լավագույն գրավականն են և ուրեմն պետք է հետևել այս դաշտի նոր զարգացումներին, գործել՝ ինչպես Ծառուկյանը, ոչ թե սպասել, որ ներդրողն ու ներդրումը ինքնուրույն «կգտնեն» Հայաստանի ճանապարհը։
