Երեկ մամուլում տեղեկություն հայտվեց այն մասին, որ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը հյուրընկալել է Հայաստանում Քուվեյթի թագաժառանգ Շեյխ Ահմադ Ալ Ֆահադ Ալ Սաբահին:Վերջինս Քուվեյթում զբաղեցրել է բազմաթիվ բարձր պաշտոններ, ունի մեծ համաշխարհային հեղինակություն նավթի առևտրի շուկայում և բազմամիլիարդանոց կարողության տեր է:Հայաստանին նա հայտնի է 2017թ ի խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների ժամանկ իր տեսաուղորձով ուղված Գագիկ Ծառուկյանին, որով իր աջակցությունը և պատրաստակմությունն էր հայտնում Հայաստանում խոշոր ներդրումներ իրականացնելու առումուվ: Հեղափոխության առաջին փուլը ավարտված է, սակայն եթե բնակչությունը աստիճանաբար չզգա կյանքի որակի էական փոփոխություն, հուսալքումը անխուսափելի է և հեղափոխության վերջնական հաղթանակի համար, անհրաժեշտ են խոշոր կապիտալի ներհոսք: Քուվեյթի շեյխի այցը Հայաստան նախընտրական շրջանում կարելի է բացատրել բացառապես խոշոր տնտեսական ծրագրերի առկայությամբ, որոնք այդքան անհրաժեշտ են մեր երկրին :Արաբ մեծահարուստները ներդրումների համար անվտանգ երկրներ են փնտրում և Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի հետ ունեցած անձնական-ընկերական լավ հարաբերությունների շնորհիվ այդ ներդրումները կգան Հայաստան, կստեղծվեն բազմահազարանոց նոր աշխատատեղեր և միլիոնավոր դոլարների հարկեր կվճարվեն պետական բյուջե: «Տնտեսական հրաշք» տեղի է ունեցել բազմաթիվ հետամնաց ոչ զարգացած երկրներում, և նմանատիպ մասշտաբի ներդրողների գործունեությունը Հայաստանում տնտեսական հեղափոխության սկիզբն են խորհրդանշում:
