Անակնկալ այցելություն է Հայաստան կատարել Քուվեյթի թագաժառանգ Շեյխ Ահմադ Ալ Ֆահադ Ալ Սաբահը, ով բավական մտերմիկ կապեր ունի Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի հետ:
Դեռևս նախորդ տարի, նույն Շեյխ Ալ Սաբահը, խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների նախաշեմին, տեսաուղերձ էր հղել ԲՀԿ առաջնորդ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանին, որում մասնավորապես նշվում էր, որ ինքն անձամբ և իր թագավորական ընտանիքի ներկայացուցիչները, պատրաստակամ են լիարժեք աջակցել Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի ցանկացած նախաձեռնություն և 15 միլիարդ ԱՄՆ դոլար ներդնել ՀՀ-ում, եթե նրանք ստանան բացարձակ մեծամասնություն խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների ժամանակ: Եվ այժմ կարծես թե այս այցը վկայում է նրա մասին, որ թագավորական ընտանիքը ցանկանում է անձամբ տեղում ծանոթանալ ներդրումային հնարավորություններին, որոնք պետք է իրականացվեն:
Ընդհանրապես Շեյխ ԱԼ Սաբահը հայտարարել է, որ ինքը անձամբ վստահում է Գագիկ Ծառուկյանին ու պատրաստ է համատեղ ցանկացած նախաձեռնություն իրականացնել: Եվ պետք է շեշտենք, որ ցանկացած նախաձեռնություն, որն իրականացվում է արաբական աշխարհի ներկայացուցիչների հետ, խոստանում է հետագայում պրոգրեսիվ զարգացումներ: Ընդհանրապես շատ կարևոր է զարգացնել փոխհարաբերությունները արաբական աշխարհի հետ ու այս ճանապարհում իր ուրույն ավանդն ունի Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը, որի հեղինակությունը էլ ավելի է ամրապնդում տվյալ հարաբերությունների զարգացումը և կայունությունը:
Միանշանակ վստահ եմ, որ շուտով, կրկին Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի նախաձեռնությամբ, բոլորս էլ կլսենք հերթական խոշորամասշտաբ նախաձեռնության մասին, ինչն անկասկած իր դրական ազդեցությունը կունենա Հայաստանում սոցիալ-տնտեսական բլոկում բարեփոխումներ իրականացնելու գործում:
