Լուրջ և խոշորամասշտաբ ներդրումային ծրագրերի մասին հայտարարության ուշացում չի լինի. Հայաստան է ժամանել Ծառուկյանի մտերիմ ընկեր Շեյխ Ալ Սաբահը

Հասմիկ Վարդանյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Այսօր կարդացի, որ Հայաստան է ժամանել Ծառուկյանի մտերիմ ընկեր, Քուվեյթի թագաժառանգ Շեյխ Ահմադ Ալ Ֆահադ Ալ Սաբահը: Ապագայում դեռ պաշտոնապես կպարզաբանվի Շեյխի Հայաստան կատարած այցի նպատակը, սական մեկ բան հստակ է, որ Ծառուկյանը լրջագույնս է տրամադրվել՝ երկրում ռադիկալ փոփոխություններ իրականացնելու համար. Ոչ վաղ անցյալում, նախորդ տարի, նույն Շեյք Ալ Սաբահը, խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների նախաշեմին, տեսաուղերձ էր հղել ԲՀԿ առաջնորդ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանին, որում մասնավորապես նշվում էր, որ ինքն անձամբ և իր թագավորական ընտանիքի ներկայացուցիչները, պատրաստակամ են լիարժեք աջակցել Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի ցանկացած նախաձեռնություն և 15 միլիարդ ԱՄՆ դոլար ներդնել ՀՀ-ում, իսկ այդ ժամանակ Ծառուկյանի առաջարկած ծրագիրն առավել քան խոստումնալից և իրատեսական էր, սակայն այն իրականություն պետք է դառնար, եթե ԲՀԿ-ն ընտրություններին ստանար քվեների մեծամասնությունը:

Եվ չնայած այն հանգամանքին, որ Ծառուկյան դաշինքը, խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների ժամանակ չստացավ քվեների մեծամասնությունը, այդուհանդերձ դաշինքի առաջնորդը ձեռնամուխ եղավ ներդրումային գրագետ քաղաքականության իրացմանը, երբ ծրագրի առանցքային մասը դարձավ ՏՏ ոլորտին առնչվող ներդրումներն ու միջազգային գիգանտների հետ փոխգործակցությունը, իսկ հետագայում էլ պարզ դարձավ, որ Ծառուկյանը միտք ունի արդյունաբերական քաղաք հիմնել, որտեղ գործելու են 10-13 գործարաններ:

Ինչևէ գրառմանս նպատակն է արձանագրել Շեյխ Ալ Սաբահի ներկայությունը Հայստանում և հույսով սպասել լավ լուրի, քանզի կարծում եմ այս անգամ ևս արտահերթ ընտրություններին ընդառաջ լուրջ և խոշորամասշտաբ ներդրումային ծրագրերի մասին
հայտարարության ուշացում չի լինի։

Ինչն էլ միանշանակ համոզված ենք, որ դրական կերպով է անդրադառնալու մեր երկրի սոցիալ-տնտեսական հիմնահարցերի վրա:
