Էմոցիաները չպետք է ստվերեն պռոֆեսիոնալ գործելու ունակությանը: Աբովյան 5 հասցեում ամեն ինչ կարգին է

Լյովա Մնացականյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Կարևորելով երկրում ներդրումների գործոնը ՀՀ տնտեսության զարգացման և կայունացման մեջ, հարկավոր է նպաստել և անգամ արտոնություններ տալ ներդրողներին, այլ ոչ թե չեղած տեղից անիմաստ սկանդալ հրահրել նրանց գործունեության շուրջ: Այսօր Երևանի ավագանու որոշ անդամներ, ոգևորված իրենց աշխատանքի մեկնարկով, ակտիվորեն տեղեկատվություն էին տարածում, թե Աբովյան 5 հասցեում իրականացվող ապօրինի շինարարությունը կանխվել է իրենց իսկ շնորհիվ: Հասցեն այնքանով էր հայտնի, որ ոչ հեռու անցյալում, երբ այդ հասցեում հարյուր միլիոն դոլարի ծավալով ներդրման ծրագիր էր ներկայացվել, կրկին խոսակցությունների առիթ էր դարձել դրական տեսանկյունից իհարկե, քանի որ այդտեղ կառուցվելու էր աշխարհահռչակ «Կեմպինսկի» հյուրանոցային համալիների երևանյան մասնաճյուղը:

Կառուցապատողն այս դեպքում «Մուլտի Գրուպ» կոնցեռն է, ով փաստացի կերպով, մինչ այս շարժվել է օրենքի տառին համապատսխան և այդ տարածքում ապօրինի գործողություններ չեն իրականացվել բնավ: Բանն այն է, որ դեպքի առնչությամբ պարզաբանում է ներկայացրել նաև Ծառուկյանի մամուլի խոսնակ Իվետա Տոնոյանը, ում խոսքից պարզ է դառնում, որ ավագանու անդամները թերի են իրազեկված եղել, ասելով թե այնտեղ կա անօրինական շինարարություն: Դեռևս Հունիսի 25-ին է «Մուլտի Գրուպը» գրությամբ դիմել քաղաքապետարանին, որպեսզի թույլատվություն ստանան շինարարական աշխատանքներ իրականացնելու համար, սակայն ցայսօր դեռ պատասխան չեն ստացել:

Նման դեպքերում կա սահմանում, որ եթե 30 օրվա ընթացքում պատասխան չի տրվում, ապա դիմողն իրավունք ունի գործողություններ իրականացնել: ԱՅսինքն ստացվում է, որ այդ տարածքում անօրինական ոչ մի գործողություն չի եղել, ուղղակի ավագանու անդամները թերի ինֆորմացիայով հանդերձ, ուղղակի խոչընդոտել են օրինական աշխատանքներին:

Կարծում ենք այնուհանդերձ, անկախ ոմանց ամբիցիաներից, այս խնդրին օբյեկտիվ լուծում կտրվի, քանիզ հրապարակայնորեն գոչել, թե ընկերությունը անօրինական շինարարություն է իրականացնում Երևանի կենտրոնում, դա ոչ այլ ինչ է քան ընկերության բարի համբավը արատավորելու գործողություն. Կարծում ենք հետևությունները երկար սպասեցնել չեն տա և այո մարդ իր սխալների վրա է սովորում, մնում է երկրորդ անգամ էմոցիաները չստվերեն պռոֆեսիոնալ գործելու ունակությանը և ինչ-որ քայլ կատարելուց առաջ կուսումնասիրեն գործի ողջ էությունը:
