Աբովյան 5 հասցեում իրականացվող շինարարությունը ամբողջովին տեղավորվում է օրենքի ու դրա տրամաբանության շրջանակներում

Մովսես Վարդանյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Այսօր Երևանի ավագանու որոշ անդամներ կատարել էին գրառումներ համաձայն որոնց՝ Երևանում՝ մասնավորապես Աբովյան 5 հասցեում, շինարարություն է կասեցվել: Ավագանու անդամը այն համարել է ապօրինի շինարարություն և առաջարկել է կառուցապատողներին չդիմադրել կասեցման գործընթացներին։ Հետագայում պարզ դարձավ, որ այս կառուցվող շինությունն իրականացվում էր «Մուլտի Գրուպ Կոնցեռն» ընկերությունն կողմից։ Սակայն ավագանու երիտասարդ անդամներիի խողմից ներկայացված իրականության կողքին կա ևս մեկ իրականություն, որը փաստում է առաջին հերթին այս երևույթի՝ «աղմուկ ոչնչից լինելու» փաստը։
Շինարարությունն իրականում համապատասխանում է օրենքի բոլոր պահանջներին և Երևանի ավագանու անդամն ուղղակի վատատեղյակ է փաստերից։ Ինչպես այսօր «Ծառուկյան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Իվետա Տոնոյանը պարզաբանեց «Մուլտի գրուպի» կողմից որևէ ապօրինի կամ հակաօրինական գործունեություն չի ծավալվել, «որովհետև հունիսի 25-ին «Մուլտի Գրուպ Կոնցեռն» ընկերությունը Երևանի քաղաքապետարան է դիմել շինարարական աշխատանքների թույլտվության վերաբերյալ գրությամբ, իսկ քաղաքապետարանն առ այսօր չի պատասխանել գրությանը, իսկ եթե 30 օր գրությանը պատասխան չի տրվում, ապա կառուցապատողն իրավունք ունի գործունեություն իրականացնել»։
Հետևաբար` Աբովյան 5 հասցեում իրականացվող շինարարությունը ամբողջովին տեղավորվում է օրենքի ու դրա տրամաբանության շրջանակներում։ Իսկ ավագանու երիտասարդ անդամներինին, որոնց համար թերևս առաջնային խնդիր է աղմկահարույց հրապարակումներով իրենց աշխատանքի մեկնարկը տալը, խորհուրդ կարելի է տալ, որևէ հարց հանրայնորեն բարձրաձայնելուց առաջ, ուսումնասիրեն փաստաթղթերը, ծանոթանան նյութերի բովանդակությանը, հակառակ դեպքում ընդամնեը տուրք են տալիս կողքի տարածքի սեփականատիրոջ անձնական ամբիցիաներին ու փողի կորզելու հետին նպատակներին։
