Tert.am-ը գրում է.

Երևանի ավագանու «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության անդամ Իզաբելլա Աբգարյանը գրառում է արել, որ Աբովյան 5 հասցեում շինարարություն է կասեցվել:

«Աբովյան 5-ում կասեցվեց ապօրինի շինարարությունը: Կարիք եղավ ներգրավել նաև ոստիկանական ուժեր:

Կառուցապատողները պետք է հասկանան, որ դիմադրելը սխալ է և միայն ավելորդ լարվածություն է առաջացնում: Երևանում ապօրինություններ չեն լինելու»:

Լրատվամիջոցները նշում են, որ կառուցվող շինությունը ԱԺ «Ծառուկյան» խմբակցության ղեկավար, գործարար Գագիկ Ծառուկյանին պատկանող «Մուլտի Գրուպ Կոնցեռն» ընկերությունն է իրականացնում:

«Ծառուկյան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Իվետա Տոնոյանը, պարզաբանելով ապօրինի շինության կասեցման մասին լուրերը, Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց, որ «Մուլտի Գրուպ Կոնցեռն» ընկերությունը որևէ ապօրինի շինարարություն չի իրականացնում:

«Որևէ ապօրինի կամ հակաօրինական գործողություն ընկերության կողմից չի իրականացվում, որովհետև հունիսի 25-ին «Մուլտի Գրուպ Կոնցեռն» ընկերությունը Երևանի քաղաքապետարան է դիմել շինարարական աշխատանքների թույլտվության վերաբերյալ գրությամբ, իսկ քաղաքապետարանն առ այսօր չի պատասխանել գրությանը, իսկ եթե 30 օր գրությանը պատասխան չի տրվում, ապա կառուցապատողն իրավունք ունի գործունեություն իրականացնել»,-ասաց Իվետա Տոնոյանը:

Նա նշեց, որ հենց այդ սահմանման հիման վրա ընկերությունը շինարարություն է իրականացնում, որն ապօրինի չէ:
