Ուսուցիչներն այսօր ավելի ցածր են ստանում, քան սահմանված է օրենքով. Փաշինյան

ՀՀ հանրակրթության ոլորտում այսօր կա 48 795 դրույք, այսինքն պահանջարկն այդքան է, բայց այսօր այդ ոլորտում աշխատում է 10 հազարով ավելի մարդ: Այս մասին, այսօր՝ նոյեմբերի 1-ին, ԱԺ-ում վարչապետի ընտրության հարցի քննարկման ժամանակ իր ամփոփիչ ելույթում վարչապետի պաշտոնակատար, վարչապետի միակ թեկնածու Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:

Նրա խոսքով, այսօր չեն կարող ասել, որ ուսուցիներն ստանում են այնքան աշխատավարձ, որքան սահմանված է օրենքով. «Նրանք ստանում են ավելի ցածր աշխատավարձ, որովհետեւ երկու մարդը ստանում է մեկ մարդու աշխատավարձ: Պետական կառավարման համակարգում այսօր 17 հազար մարդ է աշխատում: Մենք համարում ենք, որ սա արդյունավետ պետական կառավարման համակա՞րգ է: Այսինքն կարող ենք ֆորմալ աշխատավարձը բարձրացնել, բայց իրականում այն չբարձրանա»,-ասաց Փաշինյանը:

Նա նշեց, որ իրենք կարող էին, օրինակ, հազար դրամով բոլորի կենսաթոշակը բարձրացնել, սակայն նախընտրեցին 80 հազար անապահով անձանց կենսաթոշակը 10 հազար դրամով բարձրացնել:

«Հայաստանում այսօր 4500 գիտնական կա: Նրանք ի՞նչ գիտական արդյունք են տալիս: Մենք ի՞նչ պատվեր ենք նրանց տալիս եւ ի՞նչ արդյունք ենք ստանում: Մեզ մոտ գիտությունն ու տնտեսությունն իրարից կտրված են: Երբ այդ կապը կստեղծենք, մեր գիտնականները ոչ թե աշխատավարձի հույսին կլինեն, այլ մեր գիտնականները պայմանագրերով ծանրաբեռնված կլինեն եւ արդյունաբերությունը նրանց կոնկրետ պատվեր կտա»։
