Ռեժիմին անմնացորդ ծառայելու ողբերգությունը. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին ընդառաջ նախընտրական կրքերը շարունակում են թեժանալ։ Քաղաքական դաշտում բաց և ստվերային գործընթացների ֆոնին, կարծես թե, Արարատի մարզը հայտնվում է նախընտրական պրոցեսների կիզակետում։
Ընդամենը օրեր առաջ մարզի նորանշանակ մարզպետ Արամայիս Գրիգորյանը հայտնվեց սկանդալային իրադարձությունների կենտրոնում, քանի որ իր մոտ էր հրավիրել Արտաշատի պոլիկլինիկայի տնօրենին, վերջինիս հորդորել էր աշխատել Հանրապետականի օգտին, հակառակ դեպքում սպառնացել էր հեռացնել տնօրենին աշխատանքից։ Այս միջադեպի կապակցությամբ իր վերաբերմունքն արտահայտեց նաև վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը, որը նման վարքագիծը որակեց որպես արջի ծառայություն և զգուշացրեց, որ արջի ծառայություն մատուցող չինովնիկները խստագույնս պատժվելու են։
Սակայն պարզվում է անգամ վարչապետի զգուշացումից հետո Արարատի մարզ «գործուղված» հանրապետականները չեն կարողանում սեփական կուսակցությանն իրենց նվիրվածությունն ու հավատարմությունն ապացուցելու և ցուցադրելու մղումները զսպել։ Օրեր առաջ այս անգամ արդեն մարզի հանրապետական կառույցի ղեկավար Ալիկ Սարգսյանը փայլեց իր քարոզարշավով, որին հաջորդեցին ողբերգական իրադարձություններ։
Սարգսյանն իր մոտ էր հրավիրել Արարատի մարզի հանրապետականի կառույցի փոխնախագահ Գագիկ Բեգլարյանին և ծանր զրույց ունեցել վերջինիս հետ։ Այս մասին գրեցին հայաստանյան մի շարք լրատվամիջոցներ։ Զրույցից Հետո Գագիկ Բեգլարյանի ինքնազգացողությունը վատացել էր, նա հոսպիտալացվել էր և հիվանդանոցում մահացել սրտի կաթվածից։ Համաձայն լրատվամիջոցների՝ Ալիկ Սարգսյանը Բեգլարյանից պահանջել էր աշխատել նախկին վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի և նրա թիմակիցների ու մտերիմների դեմ, ինչի հետ համաձայն չէր եղել Գագիկ Բեգլարյանը։
Ալիկ Սարգսյանն ինքը զրույցի փաստը չի հերքել՝ նշելով, սակայն, թե որևէ ծանր խոսակցություն իրենք չեն ունեցել։
Սակայն մյուս կողմից ակնհայտ է, որ Արարատի մարզում վերջին իրադարձությունները Ալիկ Սարգսյանի և Արամայիս Գրիգորյանի միջև ո՛չ առաջին, ո՛չ էլ վերջին ծանր խոսակցություններն են լինելու, քանի որ վերջիններս անգամ վարչապետի զգուշացումից հետո, գլխապատառ նետվել են նախընտրական գործընթացների մեջ՝ պաշտոնական քարոզարշավը չմեկնարկած։
Վերջապես պետք է նշել, որ Ալիկ Սարգսյանի հայտարարությամբ Գագիկ Բեգլարյանն իր «100 տարվա ընկերն է եղել», այստեղ արդեն հարց է առաջանում, թե ինչպես են նախապատրաստվում մարզում նախընտրական ու ընտրական գործընթացներ գլխավորել և առաջադրվել ռեյտինգային ընտրակարգով այն դեպքում, երբ պատրաստ են հանուն այդ մանդատի ոտնահարել իրենց մտերմությունն ու ընկերությունը։ Չնայած մյուս կողմից, մարզպետ և ոստիկանապետ եղած շրջանում Ալիկ Սարգսյանը հասցրել էր «հետ գցել» ռեստորաններ, հսկայական հողատարածքներ, գազալցակայաններ ու կալվածքներ, թերևս հենց վերջիններիս ապահովագրության ու անվտանգության համար նախկին ոստիկանապետը պատրաստ է ամեն գնով ապացուցել իր նվիրվածությունը վարչակարգին ու Հանրապետականին։
Սակայն այստեղ նման գործիչներին պետք է հիշեցնել, որ վարչակարգի համար նրանք ցանկացած պահի կարող են վերածվել «ժերտվայի» և կզոհաբերվեն յուրաքանչյուր պատեհ անհրաժեշտության դեպքում։
