Նոր Հայաստանում հնարավոր է նոր տնտեսական հրաշքներ գործել

Մինչ տնտեսագետները բանավիճում են, թե Հայաստանի տնտեսությունն առաջիկայում մակրո և միկրո ցուցանիշներով ինչ թվային պատկեր կարող է արձանագրել, այս ընթացքում ԲՀԿ առաջնորդ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի նախաձեռնությամբ խոշորամասշտաբ ծրագրեր են կյանքի կոչվում:

Հիշեցնենք, որ երեկ մեկնարկած «Ներդրումներ և առևտուր» խորագիրը կրող համաժողովին ԲՀԿ նախագահ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի հրավերով Հայաստան են ժամանել աշխարհի 20 երկրների խորհրդարանների պատգամավորներ, նախարարներ, բիզնես ոլորտի և այլ խոշոր ընկերությունների ներկայացուցիչներ` քննարկվելու Հայաստանում ներդրումներ կատարելու հեռանկարները: Ու թեև գաղտնիք չէ, որ մոտ 6 ամիս առաջ երկրում տեղի է ունեցել իշխանափոխություն, սակայն, ի տարբերություն շատ այլ հեղափոխություն տեսած երկրների, Հայաստանը գնաց ոչ թե տնտեսության ապակայունացման, այլ ընդհակառակը՝ մեջքն ուղղելու ճանապարհով:

Եվ այսօր արդեն, նոր իրողությունների պայմաններում կարողանում է արտերկրի խոշոր ընկերությունների ներկայացուցիչների հետ խոսել հստակ ծրագրեր իրականացնելու պատրաստակմության մասին: Բացի այդ, Հայաստանի իշխանություններն այսօր վստահաբար արձանգրում են, որ ոչ միայն վստահելի գործընկեր են, այլև երաշխավոր, որ ոչ մի բիզնես այլևս արհեստական խոչընդոտների չի հանդիպի: Եվ ինչպես գիտաժողովի ժամանակ վարչապետի պաշտոնակատար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նշեց, այլևս Հայաստան ասելիս որևէ մեկի մտքով չպետք է անցնեն «կոռուպցիա» և «աղքատություն» բառերը: Այսինքն, մեր երկիրն այսօրվանից արդեն պատրաստ է աշխարհի պահանջներին համահունչ տնտեսություն կառուցել, որի հստակ նախադրյալներն արդեն իսկ ստեղծված են: Նախանշված են նաև այն երաշխիքները, որոնք նպաստավոր պայմաններ կստեղծեն ներդրումների համար, ինչն արդեն հասցրել է ապահովության զգացում առաջացրել շատ ներդրողների շրջանում: Եվ հեռու չէ այն օրը, երբ մեր երկիրը աշխարհի տնտեսական քարտեզի վրա կնշմարվի նաև որպես հզոր նախագծեր գեներացնող ու բարձր տեխնոլոգիաների երկիր: Եվ այս ճանապարհին, մեր ամենամեծ դաշնակիցը այն գործարարները կլինեն, ովքեր ցանկություն կունենան ներդրումներ անել մեր երկրում, իր խոսքում նշեց նաև վարչապետի պաշտոնակատարը:

Ի դեպ, արտադրության մեջ ներդրումներ կատարելու համար մեր երկիր ներմուծված սարքավորումների թիվը վերջին ամիսներին աճել է երկնիշ թվերով: Դա նաև խոսում է այն մասին, որ Հայաստանն այլևս դադարել է սպասարկող երկրին հարիր քայլերի մեջ տեսնել իր տնտեսության զարգացման ճանապարհը: Հայաստանն ինչպես խորհրդային տարիներին էր տնտեսության որոշ ուղղություններում ԽՍՀՄ հանրապետություններից առաջինը եղել, այդպես էլ մոտ ապագայում կարող է գերժամանակակից հզոր տնտեսություն կառուցել, որի նախապայմաններն այսօր արդեն տեսանելի են, որին իր մեծ նպաստն է բերում նաև ԲՀԿ առաջնորդ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը:
