Շարունակելով տարիներ ի վեր ծավալվող ներդրումային քաղաքականություն իրականացնելու իր գործելաոճը` Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը նախաձեռնել էր հերթական մաշտաբային հանդիպում- համաժողովը արտերկրյա գործընկերների հետ։
Հենց վայս համատեքստում էլ երեկ Հայաստանում մեկնարկեց «Ներդրումներ և առևտուր» խորագիրը կրող համաժողովը։
Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի հրավերով մեր երկիր են ժամանել աշխարհի 20 երկրների խորհրդարանների պատգամավորներ, նախարարներ, բիզնես ոլորտի և խոշոր ընկերությունների ներկայացուցիչներ։ Համաժողովի ընթացքում քննարկվել են Հայաստան ներդրումներ կատարելու հեռանկարների վերաբերյալ հարցեր։ Եռօրյա այցի ընթացքում պատվիրակներն այցելելու են հայաստանյան տարբեր ձեռնարկություններ, ծանոթանալու և գնահատելու են Հայաստան ներդրումներ կատարելու իրավական և տնտեսական առանձնահատկություններին։
Հետհեղափոխական երկրում հաջորդ տրամաբանական քայլը տնտեսական հեղափոխությունն է, որի իրականացման համար Գագիկ Ծառուկյանն առաջարկում է միասնական ջանքերի գործադրում։ Երբ լայնամաշտաբ ներդրումների համար ստեղծվում է վստահելի ներդրումային դաշտ ու այդ ամենը երաշխավորվում է ոչ միայն գործարարի, այս պարագայում Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի անձնական վստահության և հեղինակության ֆակտորով, այլև պետական մակարդակով են երաշխիքներ տրվում, դա արդեն համոզիչ նախադրյալների լուրջ հիմք է։ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը այս ամենը շատ լավ է գիտակցում և պատահական չէ այս հանդիպմանը պետության առաջին դեմքի՝ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ներկայությունը։
