Տարիներ շարունակ ներդրումների երաշխիք է հանդիսացել Ծառուկյանի անձնական հեղինակությունն ու վստահությունը…

Լյովա Մնացականյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Ցանկացած պետություն, ներդրումների տեսանկյունից ավելի գրավիչ դարձնելու համար, հարկավոր է ներքաղաքական կայուն միջավայր, արդար և անկախ դատաիրավական համակարգ և բնականաբար արտոնյալ պայմաններ՝ խոշոր գործարարներին գրավելու համար: Այս տեսանկյունից «Մուլտի Գրուպ» կոնցեռնի հիմնադիր Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը, մեր երկրում այդ բացը, տարիներ շարունակ լրացրել է անձնական հեղինակության և վստահության շնորհիվ, ինչն էլ հաշվի առնելով գործարարները ներդրումներ են կատարել մեր երկրում:
Այսօր սակայն ունենք իրավիճակ, երբ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի շնորհիվ, մեր երկրում ստեղծվել է մի պլատֆորմ, որը գործարարներիի ներդրումներն ու գործունեությունը ապահովագրում է անգամ պետական մակարդակով: Խոսքը Ծառուկյան-Փաշինյան համագործակցության և վերջերս ստորագրված հուշագրի մասին է: Նմանաօրինակ կոնսենսուս երբևեիցե չի եղել Հայաստանում, որը թույլ կտար հաստատուն քայլերով գնալ առաջ և դիմակայել ցանկացած մարտահրավերի, թե արտաքին, թե ներքին:
Հոկտեմբերի 26-28-ը, Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի հրավերով, Հայաստան են ժամանել ավելի քան 20 երկրներից պատվիրակություններ, որոնց կազմում են բիզնես ոլորտի ներկայացուցիչներ, պատգամավորներ, առևտրի և արդյունաբերական պալատների նախագահներ և շատ այլ պատվավոր հյուրեր: Նպատակը «ներդրումներ և առևտուր» խորագրի ներքո անցկացվելիք համաժողովին մասնակցությունն է: Վերջինիս ներկա է նաև ՀՀ վարչապետի պաշտոնակատար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:
Վստահաբար կարելի է ասել, որ այս նախադեպը և լուրերը, որ Հայաստանում բիզնես գործունեությունը խրախուսող միջավայր է ձևավորվել, կայծակնային արագությամբ տարածվելու է, ինչն էլ կնպաստի նորանոր ներդրումների ներգրավմանը: Հենց նմանատիպ կոնսենսուսի արդյունքում է, որ իրատեսական հեռանկար կա, Հայաստանում բիզնես ինդուստրիան նոր ու ավելի ապահով երթուղու վրա դնելու համար:
Մեծ է ներդրողների գայթակղությունը թավշյա հեղափոխություն իրականացրած երկրում գործունեություն ծավալելու համար, առավելևս, երբ գործ են ունենալու այնպիսի կայացած ու հեղինակավոր գործարարի հետ, ինչպիսին է Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը: Եզրափակելով խոսքը նշենք, որ մեր պետությունը ապրում է ծաղկուն ժամանակաշրջան, երբ պետության և ժողովրդի ապագայով մտահոգ մարդիկ, լծվել են երկիրը զարգացնելու և բարեփոխելու գործընթացին, ինչը վստահաբար կարելի է ասել, շատ մոտ ապագայում կտա իր պտուղները և դրանք տեսանելի կդառնան տնտեսական երկնիշ աճի և բնակչության կենսամակարդակի բարձրացման տեսքով:
