Էդուարդ Թոփչյանը հույս ունի, որ իրականացված հեղափոխությունը դեռ կհասնի մշակույթին

Հայաստանի ազգային ֆիլհարմոնիկ նվագախմբի գեղարվեստական ղեկավար և գլխավոր դիրիժոր (ՀԱՖՆ) Էդուարդ Թոփչյանի տեսլականը Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցած և սպասվելիք փոփոխությունների վերաբերյալ լավատեսական է:

Էդուարդ Թոփչյանը Oragir.info-ի հետ զրույցում նախ ընդգծեց՝ քաղաքականությունից հեռու է, չի զբաղվում: Միաժամանակ, որքանով հետևում է իրադարձություններին, եկել է հետևյալ եզրահանգմանը.

«Կարծում եմ, որ ամեն ինչ նորմալ է և ամեն ինչ շարժվում է դեպի լավը: Մենք շարունակում ենք կատարել մեր աշխատանքը: Ես կարծում եմ, որ հեղափոխությունը դեռ կհասնի մշակույթին: Մինչև մշակույթն այսօրվա դրությամբ այնքան հարցեր կան...

Ընդհանրապես, մենք բոլորս ակնկալում ենք, որ մեր երկիրը պետք է դառնա արդար, հուսալի, ապահով, ազնիվ և օբյեկտիվ երկիր: Եվ եթե այդպես լինի, դրանից կշահի յուրաքանչյուր ոլորտ, այդ թվում՝ մշակույթը»:

Նրա կարծիքով՝ նախկին համակարգում ամենագլխավոր սխալներից մեկը կոռուպցիան է եղել:

«Այժմ կոռուպցիայի դեմ, կարծես թե, պայքար է գնում, և կան արդյունքներ: Օրինակ՝ ինձ թվում է, որ հիմա մեր երկրում կոռուպցիա չկա: Ես տեսնում եմ, որ երկիրն այսօր ազնիվ է շարժվում»,–նշեց մեր զրուցակիցը:

Էդուարդ Թոփչյանը չի կիսում այն կարծիքները, թե հասարակության մեջ առկա ոգևորությունը, էյֆորիան իր մեջ վտանգներ ունի: «Կարծում եմ՝ ոգևորությունը հրաշալի մի բան է: Ոգևորությունը վտանգներ չունի: Հիմա մեր ժողովրդի մեջ կա ոգևորություն, իսկ եթե մարդիկ ոգևորված լինեն և այդ ոգևորությամբ միասին ինչ–որ բան անեն, անպայման կհասնեն իրենց նպատակին»,– ընդգծեց նա:

Վերադառնալով մշակույթին՝ Էդուարդ Թոփչյանը նշեց այն կարևոր հանգամանքի մասին, առանց որի մշակույթը զարգացնելն այդքան էլ հեշտ չէ:

«Ինձ թվում է, որ ցանկացած երկրի դեմքը ներկայացնելու համար ամենագլխավոր գործոններից մեկն է մշակույթը: Մշակույթը մի ոլորտ է, որին անընդհատ միջոցներ են անհրաժեշտ զարգացման համար: Դրա համար ամենալավ մշակույթն ունեն հարուստ երկրները: Կարծում եմ՝ մեզ մոտ էլ կգա մի օր, երբ հնարավոր կլինի ավելի մեծ ուշադրություն և ավելի մեծ ներդրումներ անել մշակույթի ոլորտում»,–ասաց նա:

Դիտարկմանը, թե արդյո՞ք ներդրումները բավական են մշակույթի ոլորտում զարգացում տեսնելու համար, արդյո՞ք չպետք է հաղթահարվեն այնպիսի խնդիրներ, ինչպիսին, օրինակ, մշակութային գործիչներին չգնահատելն է, արձագանքեց.

«Եթե մարդն իր աշխատանքը կատարում է և լավ է կատարում, միշտ կլինեն գնահատողներ: Յուրաքանչյուր մարդ թող փորձի իր աշխատանքը կատարել: Ես չգիտեմ՝ ո՞վ է գնահատված, ով՝ ոչ, բայց յուրաքանչյուր մարդ պետք է մտածի իր աշխատանքը հնարավորինս լավ կատարելու մասին: Եթե ամեն ինչ ճիշտ է, ուրեմն՝ կգնահատվի»:
