Հայաստանում թեթև արդյունաբերության ոլորտը ձգտում է վերականգնել անցյալի փառքը

Աբել Մկրտչյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում  գրում է.

Խորհրդային տարիներին Հայաստանում կոշիկի և տեքստիլ արդյունաբերության ոլորտում զբաղված էր 120 հազար մարդ: Ոլորտն ապահովում էր ՀՆԱ-ի 1/3-ը: Այժմ ոլորտում աշխատում է 6-7 հազար մարդ: Տեղական արտադրանքը ծածկում է պահանջարկի միայն 10 տոկոսը:
Մյուս կողմից, բոլորս էլ հասկանում ենք, որ տնտեսության կայունությունը պայմանավորված է նաև զարգացած թեթև արդյունաբերությունից և դրա ենթակառուցվածքներից:
Այս իրողությունից ելնելով՝ մոտ մեկ տարի առաջ «Մուլտի գրուպ» կոնցեռնի՝ ի դեմս Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի, և Սիրիայում մեծ ճանաչում ունեցող «Սաբաղ գրուպ» ընկերությունների միջև կնքվեց ներդրումային պայմանագիր, որը նախատեսում է առաջիկա 5 տարում Հայաստանի տեքստիլ արդյունաբերության ոլորտում ստեղծել ավելի քան 7000 աշխատատեղ:
Նախագծի ողջ հզորությունն ու թափը զգալու համար բավական է նշել, որ այն ներառելու է մեկ միլիոն քառակուսի մետր տարածք, ներդրումների ընդհանուր ծավալը գերազանցելու է 500 միլիոն դոլարը: Սա կլինի անկախ Հայաստանի պատմության մեջ ամենախոշոր ներդրումը: Ամենակարևոր հանգամանքն այն է, որ այն կատարվում է ոչ թե ընդերքօգտագործման ոլորտում, այլ թեթև արդյունաբերության: Եվ եթե հաշվի առնենք այն փաստը, որ վերջին 2 տարում Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը Հայաստանի տնտեսության մեջ ներդրել է 1 միլիարդ 200 միլիոն դոլար, ապա կարող ենք վստահ լինել, որ մի քանի տարի անց ընդամենը ունենալու ենք ապագա հզոր թեթև արդյունաբերության ամուր հիմքը:
Մեր շուկան այսօր ողողված է չինական և թուրքական հագուստով: Վերագործարկելով ոլորտի հիմնական հզորությունները՝ հնարավոր է ապահովել ներքին պահանջարկի մեծ մասը և, իհարկե, ապահովել արտահանում: Սա աշխատատեղ ստեղծող ոլորտ է: Առինջ մոլին կից կառուցվող Արդյունաբերական քաղաքում լինելու են 10-13 գործարաններ:
Նույնիսկ սիրիացի խոշոր գործարարը՝ «Սաբաղ գրուպ» ընկերության հիմնադիր-սեփականատեր Ամար Սաբաղն էր զարմացած շինարարական այն փաթից, որով կառուցվում է արդյունաբերական քաղաքը՝ նշելով, որ ընդամենը 1 տարի անց ահռելի աշխատանք է կատարված, և եթե այս տեմպով արունակվի, ապա 5 տարուց շուտ կարող է պատրաստ լինել նախագիծը:
Առինջ մոլին կից կառուցվող արդյունաբերական քաղաքում լինելու են 10-13 գործարաններ: Առաջինը կլինի սրբիչի գործարանը, որի բացումը նախատեսված է առաջիկա օրերին:
