Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի ծրագիրը քաղաքաշինության և հայրենադարձության համար լուրջ խթան կհանդիսանա

Մովսես Վարդանյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Պարզվում է, որ երեկ լրացավ ոչ միայն մեր հինավուրց մայրաքաղաքա Երևանի 2800 ամյակը, այլև մեր երիտասարդ քաղաքներից մեկը՝ Աբովյանը ևս տոնում էր իր հիմնադրման 55 ամյակը։ Այս կարճ տարիների ընթացքում Աբովյանը հասցրել է զարգանալ ու դառնալ առաջադեմ քաղաք՝ իր ուրույն դիմագծը ձեռք բերելով, իր տեղն ու դերը հաստատելով մեր երկրում։
Թերևս ոչ մեկի համար գաղտնիք չէ, որ Աբովյան քաղաքի կայացման ճանապարհին մեծ ավանդ է ներդրել Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը, ով մշտապես առանձնակի ուշադրության կենտրոնում է պահել այս քաղաքի հիմնախնդիրներն ու անհրաժեշտությունները հոգացել հետևողական կերպով։ Այս քաղաքում է վեր խոյանում անկախության Հայաստանի արժեքավոր ու շքեղ հոգևոր կոթողներից մեկը՝ Սուրբ Հովհաննես եկեղեցին, որ կառուցվել է հենց Ծառուկյանի կողմից։
Հետևաբար երեկվա տոնակատարություններին ամենից սպասված հյուրերից մեկը հենց Գագիկ Ծառուկյանն էր, ում հարազատ քաղաքը ընդունեց սիրով և գրկաբաց։ Իսկ քաղաքի պատվավոր հյուրը, ինչպես ասում են, «դատարկաձեռն» չէր եկել շնորհավորելու իր սիրելի քաղաքի հոբելյանական տարեդարձը։
Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը շնորհավորական ելույթից հետո հայտնեց աբովյանցիներին, որ առաջիկա ժամանակահատվածում պատրաստվում է Աբովյան քաղաքում մեծածավալ բնակարանաշինություն իրականացնել և կառուցվելու է բազմաբնակարան շենքեր՝ նախատեսված 800-1000 ընտանիքների համար։
Ծառուկյանը մշտապես իր մտահոգությունն է հայտնել բնակարաններ ձեռք բերելու սուղ պայմանների մասին, անդրադարձել է դրանց ոչ տրամաբանական վճարներին ու հիպոտեքային պայմանների ոչ նպաստավոր լինելուն։ Այս անգամ ևս Ծառուկյանը իր Ծառուկյանը գործով է շտկում հատկապես երիտասարդ ընտանիքների առջև ծառացած այս հիմնախնդիրը, օրինակ է ցույց տալիս՝ ինչպես կարելի է ավելի լավ պայմաններ ապահովել քաղաքացիների և նրանց բարեկեցության համար։ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի կողմից առաջարկված ծրագիրն իրենից ներկայացնում է բավականին արտոնյալ պայմաններ, որոնք թերևս աննախադեպ են հայաստանյան իրականության մեջ։
Քաղաքացին ամսական վճարելով 150 ԱՄՆ դոլարին համարժեք դրամ՝ 8-10 տարի հետո դառնում է բնակարանի լիարժեք սեփականատերը, իսկ գնելու պարագայում՝ ընդամենը 350 ԱՄՆ դոլարին համարժեք դրամ է վճարելու մեկ քառ․մետրի համար: Ինչ խոսք, սա ոչ միայն լուծում է տեղում բնակարանային խնդիրներ, այլև քաղաքաշինության համար կարևոր ձեռքբերում է, բացի այս՝ բնակարանաշինությունը և բնակարանների նման արտոնյալ պայմաններով տրամադրելը լուծում է նաև ավելի գլոբալ խնդիրներ՝ լուրջ խթան դառնալով արտագաղթը կասեցնելու և ներգաղթին նպաստելու համար։
